Brought my car in for scheduled maintenance after responding to an email message and a text message. Turns out that my car was not ready for maintenance scheduled?bring back in 6 months. Brake light was on dashboard so I had brakes repaired and polished 2 wheel rims that were scratched?had purchased insurance for that. Was signed up for a loaner car but none were available. There were many folks there in my situation. Everyone was angry about the lack of cars. I felt like it was not the fault of my advisor Danny Hao or the actions Service Manager. Simply a problem with customers not returning their cars on time. I was able to get in touch with my husband who picked me up. My car was ready on Thursday and I took an Uber to the dealership to pick up my car. My car was waiting for me. It was cleaned and polished and my rep., Danny Hao gave me a discount on my brake pads due to the inconvenience. I appreciate that the advisors, managers, and delivery people work hard at their jobs. Mistakes happen and things don?t always work out as you expect them to. I saw no reason to be angry with the employees, so I?m not angry, just thankful for the courtesy the employees showed towards me. Since AutoNation took over the services at Mercedez Benz Stevens Creek has been noticeably worse. 1. They don’t give you a loaner car by default. There’s no link to reserve one on their appointment page and when I asked for one at the store, they said they were out of loaner cars. 2. My car was brought in for a recall and I also wanted them to check for another problem at the same time. I texted my service coordinator multiple times for update but he never replied. Then the next day I decided to go to the shop the check if my car is ready since he told me that the recall should be done in a few hours. It turned out that they didn’t even work on it. As I was unhappy and complaining, the service coordinator finally agreed to give me a loaner car. 3. Two days later my car was finally ready to go. When I picked up my car, they only asked my last name then brought me somebody else’s car. It was the bad service experience I have ever had.

I called to let them know my seatbelt separated completely from the place it attaches to the vehicle - a vehicle w 5,000 miles on it. This was a major safety concern obviously because the seat belt was unusable. I was given an appointment for months in the future. It was a five minute fix and a major safety issue - they should have brought me in immediately. Upon check in they told me I should get a $3500 service to which I agreed. A basic standard maintenance service that should have taken 1 day. At the end of day two they called me and told me of one more thing that needed to be addressed so my van was stuck there for the weekend. Only to be called on Monday morning first thing to tell me that final service item could not be done at all. I was without my van for 5 days instead of 1. I asked for a loaner car or ride share support and they told me they didn’t offer that since the pandemic which makes no sense. So after paying another $50 Uber and sitting in traffic to get back to pick up my vehicle, I find a line of people returning loaner cars. So there is a loaner car program it just wasn’t offered to me. I waited >30 minutes in a line (end of day obviously they know this is a busy time and there is one guy slowly servicing loaner car people) to pick up my van despite having already paid for it and having waited five days for it. Worst service.

Just purchased the esq suv from them. I’m so impressed on how knowledgeable and comparative information about the car vs other electric cars their sales have. Look for Chandni Ram or Ryan Chan. After the purchase, Chandni made an extra step to help me set up the driver profile for the car. She gave us detailed tutorials to make sure we understand every single button on the wheel and how it works. She is very very good and professional to deliver the car to us. Her manager Kevin made everything to make sure the sales smoothly and made sure we get all the discounts that we are entitled of. Very professional, no pushy hard sells. Start to finish process was horrible? I was told the car had two key fob?s Only to receive 1. Finance dept? horrible took, it took one week to See me.. Straighten out all the financing. No call backs, had to send the mgr an email before scheduling a time for me. My new ? used ? car had to be brought back for a repair, I know it sat on the lot for days before my car was even looked at! Horrible communication from the service writer. I had to show up at the dealership because NO ONE COULD RETURN MY CALLS!!! Two weeks to fix an transmission leak at the Transmission pan???? I had to call the Land Rover service Dept for my updates!!! Got the car back finally only to find a marks on the back of the car, paint transfer, and scratches at the 1/4 panel! I can?t say it happened the Benz dealer, because it was sent to the Land Rover deal ship for the repair!! Worst service from top to bottom I won?t be referring anyone to this dealship.

I went to my 1 YR service appointment at Mercedes Stevens Creek and many aspects went very smooth. Ethan’s check-in service was TOP notch and explained the whole quote. In and out quick for drop off. Pick up of my vehicle was my issue - waited over 20 mins and sat at pick up desk 13 mins with no one acknowledging me. I had no balance and walked back to cashier to see if I could get anyone to get my car. No happy about that wait for no reason.

Jay was really nice and helpful getting our car serviced. He communicated well. I told him I need the car by 3pm and he called before 3p to let me know that it’s ready but without a courtesy car wash and if I choose to have that, it might not be ready by 3. So I understood the risk and chose to do it. So when I couldn’t pick it up by 3p, he was nice enough to hold the car there for me until the next day. I would definitely like to work with him again when I get my car serviced there next time.

For a quick inspection that I was told would take an hour, I had to wait two hours. The drop-off line was very long and the inspection was also long. But what was annoying was the service agent told me he was going to get my car washed and it would take 10 minutes. 30 minutes later it wasn't done. When it finally was, it wasn't even clean. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle which had navigation. When I tried to use the navigation, I receive a message telling me "map data does not match COMMAND Please insert the map data DVD...." I emailed the sales person I worked with, she told me I had to buy the DVD from Mercedes. If you purchase a vehicle with navigation, it should come with it ready to use. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them and will NEVER buy another. I called as Mercedes responded and its been 2 more weeks since they were going to get back to me. I just tried calling again and it rang for so long that it hung up. They don't appear to want to help resolve this.

the worst store ever! I emailed to the sales Marius on Tuesday afternoon to schedule a time on Saturday to BUY A CAR. And he replied, he was always busy on Saturday and forced me to find times on Sunday and weekdays. I don't their weekend slots are fully booked at this time and is so surprised his attitude as I already declared to offer money. Maybe a 80K car is still so cheap for him to get profit. I even emailed his manager asking if there would be anyone else available on Saturday but the manager directly set a time on Sunday without apologies and explanations. I asked both of them again if there would be any free time on Saturday and now is Thursday afternoon, no email yet. So I just booked in San Jose Benz with Saturday 11am, 2pm, 3pm available.

I got an unexpectable flat tire on highway 237 although my vehicle was purchased from AutoBahn less than half year ago, which was a pre-owned certified GLC 300. Called AutoBahn at that time but no help was given. Erica at AutoNation helped solve this emergency issue (one rear tire was flated and another was going to break) and replaced the tires at their busy schedule without a pre booked appointment. We really appreciate the help and service from AutoNation.

Review on the technician’s mistake. He installed the tires wrong way. Inside was outside. The following maintenance didn’t notice that neither. I didn’t know that until others pointed out. They have the problem fixed. However I have to wait for almost two hours. Furthermore, they aired all four tires to 48psi and lost a cap. Can I trust their service in the future?

I was unable to request a loaner car while mine was in service, and my car was not washed/cleaned after service. Given the price point of having my vehicle serviced at the dealership, these are fairly reasonable expectations that were not met.

Brought it my less than 1K vehicle for a few simple things, vibration in steering wheel at higher speeds (would seem like wheel balance), a squeaky noise in the A pillar and erroneous error message. The car sat at the dealership for 2 weeks for what would seem to be a few minor fixes ! Granted I was given a loaner but nonetheless 2 weeks. The reasoning was that few technicians are trained for EQ repairs but ... The service advisor was good, kept me informed and courteous but clearly had little pull on the technicians behind the scene. The waiting part was the worst of the experience and the fact that the service technician looked at the car (according to the Mercedes app on Fri) but waited till Tues to say the can't reproduce so I had to go in and meet them to show it. The rest was good so I am torn.

Generally a good experience, only two critiques: (1) long time between scheduling and the actual appointment, they were booked solid many weeks into the future; (2) would have appreciated a car wash with the service, which I believe is standard for most other luxury dealerships.

After taking a look at the new glc 300 we just asked him a question about the EV line up and he gave a very rude response and told us we were not serious about buying and he doesn’t have the time for it. I had an appointment to take care of a recall. When I made the appointment, they said it would be 1.5-2 hours, so I decided to just wait for my car. My service advisor Ethan, greeted me and explained what needed to be done. He said, most of the time it’s quick and easy. It looked at my car and said, I can do it now and have you out of here in 10 minutes! And he did! Professional, courteous and quick! Thank you Ethan!

Dropping off my vehicle was ok. Picking it up was not good. 4:20 was my pick up time. The person there could not answer any questions ....she disappeared. 20 minutes later, came back with my car. I said I thought it would be washed, she said it was and walked back inside. Not the great experience it used to be.

Took vehicle in for a recall and had starter replaced because it went bad. Agreed to have service done and once it was completed. Picked vehicle up and drove vehicle home and upon driving vehicle , vehicle was fluctuating and then check engine light came on. Spoke to Mercedes service and they told us that it was not related to starter replacement, but I believe which was not mentioned it was related to the tech performing recall physical inspection on brake booster. I had gone back and forth with Dealer and with Service management at this point. A newer recall letter came from Mercedes to have brake booster replaced. Set appoint to give this same dealer do the work and hopefully make good on their work they had done to the car causing further emission faults and engine running faults. Once again picked up car and faults still in cluster. Performed a service scan and same prior faults still in vehicle systems. Dealer refused to fix their mistake. Being a certified and 40 year automotive tech, I then ran a systems diag and researched the faults which lead to a intake air box leak due to an improper reinstalling of airboz to intake manifold. Tooks pictures and sent to service writer and ran a air mixture relearn program procedures with scan tool and problem resolve and faults cleared. This was all because of pour workmanship by dealer and pour service. I am surprised by their service policies that they do scan cars before and after and resolve any faults related to their repairs that were not there before they performed service that would be as direct result of their workedperformed. Very pour and I would and will no longer have my service or refer anyone to this Dealer: Stevenscreek Mercedes Benz, Santa Clara, Ca Service writer is a good person but dealer service work and policy is very pour. I brought my car in with a dashboard alert. It was addressed and my tires were changed along with a timely service being performed. When I left the shop with my car, the dashboard alert once again came on. I returned to the dealer and was again given a loaner car to allow a reassessment of the problem. I had the pleasure of working closely with Raymond Mcmorris and he did such an excellent job of getting my perfect car with all of my desired options. I reached out to Raymond in October of 2022 and we started conversing off and on via email where he asked me what I wanted and worked closely with me to ensure that I got what I wanted. My desired car was a GLE 350 and although this make is current delayed, they had an inventory that aligned closely with what I wanted (including the options that came with it) and I was not disappointed. In addition, I’m very wary of how long it takes to sign all of the contracts and the dealing with the financial aspects. Everything went seamlessly well for me and they were very quick. I also did not have to wait a long time to drive off my car. Really thankful for Raymond and looking forward to our continued partnership going forward. I go here because it is convenient but they do have their issues. Some issues, for example: my tire pressure was set to 90 PSI once, loaner car/pick up line is always out the door, they don't answer their phone at all, and everyone seems to be overworked and running around (no clear process). Pricing has gone up quite a bit, so I hope things changes with more hiring.

The pickup process is a mess. During peak p/u hours in the late pm, there need to be additional staff at p/u and rental return station. There is no clear instruction where the rental return is also the pick up station for own car. I had to stand in a long line to return the rental car. Then walk to the cashier to pick my car ( which is what most dealers do) only to find out that I need to go back to the rental return to pick up my car. So walk back to a long line in rental p/u again. Took me almost an hour to return rental and pick up my car. Crews encountered were not friendly and helpful at all. Sigh and disappointed.

Mercedes is great to fix recalls on my sprinter that has over 130 thousand miles. A couple things they could change: 1. Don’t send me multiple emails about my appointment that reads “every vehicle gets a wash after servicing”. Then when I asked why my vehicle wasn’t washed, they replied that they “don’t do sprinters”. Ok that’s fine but don’t tell me 4 times in correspondence that you do. 2. If you’re not going to wash my vehicle, please don’t leave greasy finger prints all over the hood and fenders. I keep my vehicle clean and free of greasy finger marks, you should too.

I found it to be very helpful in understanding the issue by sharing about the video inspection problem. However, I was disappointed when I called back to ask some questions about the trunk open level problem, and the answer I received was unclear and unhelpful, ten asked me to drove back to the dealer with 20 mile distance, waiting for half an hour with instructions on how to set the trunk with one min.

My wife's car is a 2023 GLB 63AMG . We have been having problems with the car that might have came since factory. The customer service by far is the best from other dealerships around the San Jose area. Our service advisor made sure the noise we were hearing was addressed and even went out on a test drive with me so I can show him our concerns. They were able to find the problem and fixed it immediately not like other mercedes dealerships . Excellent service all around.

I always go to this dealership for maintenance and they consistently provide quality service. This time I have Erica and it was a very pleasant experience, which exceed my expectations. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming, very responsive, set clear expectation on pick up time and got me a competitive quote on tire replacement work. The delivery time was being pushed out couple times due to tires arrival time changes and various reasons but Erica kept me updated and offer a loaner when the ETA got pushed out to after the weekend. There was some post pick up issues and Erica again quickly got on the case and offered sensible solutions. Overall I feel being valued.

This review does not reflect on Ethan who was wonderful, but on general management of the service department. I made this appointment with Ethan several months ago. I arrived on time @ 8:30 to a very long line of cars spilling out and down the street. I waited 20 minutes just for someone to speak to me. Then I was told I wasn't on the schedule. Ethan said my appointment got cancelled somehow but I would still be seen and assured me I would have a loaner car. However, when I got to the loaner desk, I joined a half dozen others who were screaming at the poor guy behind the desk because they had no cars available (fortunately I'm retired so I just had to get home; most of the others had to get to work.) A very understanding service employee offered to get me a ride home (they no longer provide shuttles) but Ethan advised against that because I would have no way to get back to pick up my car. He advised me to wait until a loaner was returned which I did and ended up getting one by 10am. Ethan advised that my car likely wouldn't be finished that day, however he texted me later in the afternoon to say it was ready and I was able to pick it up the same day. After a terrible start to this service appointment, it all turned out well thanks to Ethan and many other very helpful employees.

I was inpressed this time on how my advisor responded to my service needs and how attentive was he when I brought my concerns from last year and how I was mistreated and harrased after the service appt. The advisor quickly understood and offered me an appology and a full detail cleaning inside out and engine. It made me feel wanting to come back for future services needs. One thing I observed while waiting, was that everyone who passed by where I was sitting seemed to very unfreindly. The same white man and woman and a black employee passed several times and not a single one of them said good morning or gave any signs of acknowlegement. It felt like I was invisible to them. However, a mexican employee passed by and he acknowledged my presence and greeted me with "good morning, how are you" I made a point to him about the other empoyees and thanked him for acknowledged me. I also pointed out to my advisor and want for the coorporate managers to educate the employees about culture humility. Because of customer like me who buy mercedes they have a job. It doesn't take too much to acknowledge and greet some one to show respect and appreciation for doing business with Mercedes Benz. Respectfully,

I just picked my new car up from the service department for the THIRD time since I bought it 8 months ago! This time it was in their shop for almost two weeks and basically all they did was a factory reset. They assured me all the electrical problems were fixed, but halfway home I realized they weren’t! The backup camera glitch was exactly the same. It opens and closing every time I brake. I’m frustrated with the dealership and the quality of my new GLC 300. Calling a “lemon law” lawyer in the morning.

I had a leak coming into the car during the heavy rains we had in California. The leak was only in one area of the car and water was pooling. I called my service contact Ethan Kurtze was exceptionally helpful. He helped resolved the problem by being actively involved with solution. Unbelievable the cost would have been thousands of $$ and he made sure I did not have to pay for it. The Tech did a great job too. I will never go any Mercedes Benz Dealership except this one of Stevens Creek, San Jose. I have been with them for years but this exceeded the service I have had before Thank you Ethan !!

This was the second annual maintenance (service b). I left a car in the morning and picked it up in 5 hours. Dropping off was very fast, the staff is friendly. I received an inspection check list enumerating what was verified during service b. To my disappointment the report did not provide any information about 1. Fluids level inspection (brake fluid, coolant, power steering fluid, etc) 2. a transmission fluid change 3. the suspension system inspection 4. If I need to replace filters (cabin, fuel, oil...) or if anything was replaced 5. the spark plug's condition 6. Inspection of the timing belt condition From my perspective fluid level inspection, brakes pad inspection, filters is something what must be communicated after each service. I tried to contact assigned representative, but failed to receive any clear information for the items mentioned above. It was confirmed only engine oil replacement. I give 5 stars so that they can improve this service in the future

This review is a testament to my sales agent, Ellen Lans for her superb professionalism providing good customer experience and ensuring each stage of the car purchase process went smoothly and flawlessly. I preordered a Mercedes Benz C300, make 2023 from another agent, David in June 2022. Went through a long wait before I'm able to finally get the car in February 2023. During that period, David left and Ellen took over from him. Ellen is always responsive on the other side of email or text message. She gave me constant updates on when my car will be delivered, provided me with quotes on the extended warranty and various coverage options beforehand so that I have sufficient time to evaluate on the amount, patiently showed me around the bells and whistles of the car. Ellen is extremely knowledgeable about the car inside out and have been very helpful, even going above and beyond to ensure each stage of the car purchase process went right. It's not all sunshine and rainbow with the car purchase 1. When I'm trying to get some discount for paying all cash, I met a rude sales manager who at point snaps and threaten me whether I'm willing to take my money elsewhere and wait another half year to get a car. (To answer your question, "hell yeah. I have lots of options with Tesla price cuts, BMW 3 series and Audi") 2. Some minor issue with windshield wiper malfunction. However, Ellen made the experience right for me for both of the incidents, and schedule an appointment with me to get the windshield wiper malfunction issue look at instead of having to wait for 1 week with service department full schedules. Having a good sales manager and staff can change the whole experience of a car purchase, and Ellen demonstrated that in the best possible way. I wanted to also give a huge shoutout to finance manager Abdul Basir for staying after hours to help with my purchase and the help.

This visit reminded me why I should never use a dealership for repairs. I dropped off my 2009 C300 for diagnosis and quote of three items. 1. Clear the SRS error message caused by me removing front passenger seat for repair. 2. Quote to remedy the long standing TPMS error message. 3. Repair the driver side low beam bulb socket. My Service Rep called with estimate of $600 which I approved assuming if it took less for diagnosis I would be charged for time spent. Perhaps that was my big mistake by not clarifying this approval was worst case against time actual expended. (A lesson for all of us.) The results were a quote for repair that was so high and unrealistic that I rejected it. For example the quote required removal of the seat to attach the connector. (That is complete nonsense because I know from personal experience that two Torx screws hold the seat bottom which when removed provides access to the wiring harness.) So I declined the repairs and asked for the amount charged for the diagnosis which surprisingly was $600. I protested to my service rep who referred me to the service manager. My point was that the tech could not have spent more than an hour diagnosing the problems because: 1. The SRS diagnosis involved a fault scan plus the tech had to put a mirror under the seat to identify a detached connector. 2. According to the service manager the tech did a “quick” scan of the TPMS system and identified the left rear TPMS sensor as bad. I found this curious since this service department several years diagnosed that the TPMS controller needed replacement. I declined repair at the time but was tired of the error message so I was ready for a remedy. Now I am really confused but suspect that once I replace the tire sensor the controller is still bad but who knows? 3. The low beam socket issue resulted in a quote to replace the entire left headlight assembly. That diagnosis could not have taken more than two minutes especially since I had revealed that the socket had come out of the assembly while I was changing the bulb. The service manager’s response to my request to adjust charges to reflect actual effort expended was a firm rejection with the explanation that the tech answered my questions by providing the diagnosis and therefore I needed to pay the full amount of the quote. I paid the $600 but now Stevens Creek Autonation has a seriously unhappy former customer. Having leased several cars from the dealership in the past there will be no new car transactions with them in the future and obviously no service revenue. I hope the $600 charge makes up for the potential lost business Thank you to everyone at Autonation Stevens Creek Service for reminding me once again why dealer service is a such a ripoff!! I will be intensifying my efforts to find a reliable independent MBZ shop that I can trust to receive fair treatment.

The process took more than 6 weeks - Probelm was, the Engine would start and die immediately. They first changed the fuel pump, but it did not solve the problem. They diagnosed this to be fault within the ME (Main Engine Computer). The part was not available and it took more than than 6 weeks for availability - no certainty on when it will be available. The car is now drivable, but now the car bluetooth will not pair with mobile phone. No response from Mercedes yet

Went in here to look at the vehicle I was interested in purchasing but no one cared to help out, they all looked at me and my partner as if we didn't have the money to purchase the vehicle/as if we were a waste of time. Asked multiple guys who seemed as if they weren't doing for help but they kept telling me to go to someone else. This guy asked other individuals next to us if they've been assisted but we've been looking around to get help (he didn't come to us at all). This guy outside the lot (really nice) asked Tony to help us. When Tony came to us, he asked what we're trying to do today because the car is out in the lot, DUH PURCHASE?! but because I said we just wanted to know the monthly payments he said "Oh yeah, every $10,000 is $200" instead of showing us the car we were interested in. Don't get me wrong, my significant other and I look pretty young like 18 years old but I own a Mercedes and he has his own car. How ugly of a service. Lol. He looked at us as if our trade in is not worth anything, and kept asking us what our budget is. How are people rating Tony a 5 star here? Do I need to come in a suit like what Tony was wearing? I tried to find the guy who helped us before purchase our first Mercedes, lucky he was still in my contacts. He was off for the day, so I can't wait to talk to Asad. Asad was really helpful when we purchased our vehicle back in 2020.

All was not terrible, the salesperson was nice, however it pretty much stops there. I specifically requested the loan go through MBZ finance, they acknowledged my request, I have perfect credit and financed 2 other Mercedes through MBZ finance, and found out days latter it was put through another source and I was never told that is what they were going to do. I checked the loan on the vehicle I traded and they did not pay off the entire amount, after being told they would. There are issues with the SUV itself and I will be taking it to a Mercedes dealer to have them diagnose and hopefully fix the problem. If I knew then what I know now I NEVER would've gone to the dealership and will certainly advise anyone I know not to buy from them.

I arrived 5 min earlier than the scheduled time. After checked-in I was asked to wait in the vehicle in line since my supervisor was busy at that moment. I waited in the car for 40 minutes until I became impatient and entered the office to find my supervisor. It turned out that she wasn't informed I was there. As an apology, she gave me a certain amount of discount for my tire service, which was nice. Looks like there was definitely some coordination problem at the place, you can do better!

The service Mercedes Provided for our AMG was excellent, Customer Service was fantastic. The only issue we had was the following. The only thing Mercedes did not provide was a replacement mirror that included a garage door opener. When we purchased the car, I ask the sale guy how do you set the garage door opener, he replied on the bottom of the Rear View Mirror are a few buttons, use the manual and it will show you how to program it. When we arrived at home I tried to program the garage door opener. Come to find out there are no buttons, when I contacted Mercedes they said I need to come in and talk to the Sales Manager, I did so a few days later and I was told by him that they will exchange the mirror when I come in for the service. This is when my wife was told that they can not change out the mirror. This was truly disappointing for the fact, I would have never accepted a car costing more then $50k that does not have an integrated garage door opener. We have two one for our Home and one for our Company. Now we have two garage door openers that are hanging of my sun visor.

I had a loaner, I drove only 11.6 miles total. Are you really going to charge me $10 per gallon on that? How very stingy!! After waiting for a LONG time at the cashier, I was told the computer was down then I have to wait another LONG time to get my car at the service desk, I was told the car is being washed. You sure have a SLOW car washer. Why didn't you wait until the car was ready (including being washed) before you call me?!

As always we were welcomed, this time by Francine who was very polite, checked us in and prepared us for “friendly” John. As usual John explained exactly what the mechanics were going to do and gave us an estimate of the cost. Later on he called us and told us exactly what the problem was and the exact cost and asked for our ok. It never fails at Stevens Creek were the employees are all very friendly and willing to explain any questions you might have. It’s always a pleasure to go there! Work was for class action suit repair work and also for a recall notice for defective software for my water pump. First, it took quite long to get appointment for recall work. No loaner was made available to me despite the long lead time for my repair and also that this was recall and warranty work. My service advisor (Susan) texted me to say that my car was ready. I told her I was “On my way”. When I got there my paperwork was not done or ready and she was nowhere to be found. The cashier had to go to her desk to get my paperwork. I waited for about half an hour. Once I had my car and had left and was reading my paperwork. I see a notation that the service mechanic noted that my car was starting slowly. No one let me know this before I left to pick up my car or asked if I would like to have this diagnosed. They had my car for more than one day so it was possible to have let me know. What was very upsetting beware that I had already authorized $300 for diagnostics (that weren’t used). Susan and I went round and round as to why I had to authorize $300 when I was there for recall work and warranty work (I have my own ODB reader to at indicates my issue was related to my extended emissions warranty). I will have to make another appointment to have the slow starting issue diagnosed. I feel that these folks just do not value their customers’ time. After my appointment was done, Mercedes’ Benz of Steven’s Creek started to immediately spam me with emails that I needed to have my brakes worked on and also replace my tires. My brakes were replaced a few months ago (they are fine) and my tires were JUST replaced three weeks ago. They are brand spanking new. It is clear that they are not actually inspecting my vehicle. With this attention to detail, how do I trust they are actually inspecting my car or are even doing the work I went in for? I’m concerned. This is why I no longer let them service my car for day to day work.

I have been going to Mercedes of Steven's Creek for service for over 10yrs. These past 2 visits have had much longer wait times, specifically at loaner pick up and getting my car back even after I paid online and scheduled my pick up time. They only had 1 person managing the desk. He was working as fast as he could but needed more help. A group of 5 of us customers in line asked for a manager who eventually came over, looked for a key for something else, and left even after seeing the long line.

Over all maintenance work is good but I am most dissatisfied with their charge of $115 for a small and simple non-technical work of exchanging the left tail light bulb which any car owner can do. For such small non-technical items they should have a fixed and reasonable price for them instead for by the hour rate which is intended for skillful and technical jobs. The Service adviser said she would reflect to the management and said she would credit back $115 to my credit card.

Service advisor tried to upsell a battery saver, saying unless I drive the car “30 minutes A DAY” the battery would eventually die. The battery is 10.5 months old. …. When picking up the car, they did not check paperwork properly and almost gave me someone else’s car. This is the second time this has happened at this dealership.

The dealer had my car for 16 days just to replace the front O2 sensors. They never offered me a loaner. When I complained they said "we're sorry". This was the third set ofO2 sensors in 50,000 miles. Says little for Mercedes quality. It cost me $3200 which I found out was about twice what I could have paid elsewhere. I will never go back to this dealer again.

I came in to purchase new wiper blades after one of my wiper blades flew off while driving in the storm. I recently had my windshield replaced from an unrelated glass company and my windshield wipers did not seem to be working properly. Charlie Fish, one of the associates at Stevens Creek Mercedes inspected my windshield wipers and discovered that the arms of the wipers had not been properly secured after I had my windshield replaced. Charlie took my car into the garage himself and ensured the wipers arms were properly reattached at no extra cost. Thankful for Mr. Fish and the rest of the team at Stevens Creek Mercedes !

We purchased a used car from this dealership. The dealership is owned by Auto Nation and they have a no haggle policy for used cars. We called to make an appointment and the salesperson verified that the car was still available and was on time for the appointment. The salesperson was nice and pleasant to communicate with and work with. We went for a test drive and then looked around the car. We liked the car and decided to move forward with the purchase. The purchase was mostly straightforward as well. The finance person we were handed off to was pleasant to communicate with as well. The car was being detailed while we were finishing the finances. Once the finances were complete the salesperson came to meet us and informed us that there was only 1 key fob available for the car. This was a minor disappointment to find out, especially after the car was purchased. When we got home, once we removed the paper protection on the floor that the detailing people had put down, we also discovered that the floor mats were missing for all of the seats. We called the salesperson and asked if he could talk with the detailing people to locate the floor mats so we could pick them up. He returned the call in a prompt manner and said that there are no floor mats for that car. This was another minor disappointment. Whether or not it was the intention, there is the perception that that information was purposefully concealed. I think that if this information would had been made available before the purchase decision, we still would have gone through with the purchase as the dollar amount to replace the items is somewhat small, plus there would be a more positive buying experience and more trust established. I think it is best that all of the information be presented to the customer as it builds trust. The dealership should have some record of the car and documentation that the salesperson can read before selling the car, so they get an idea about the car, such as only 1 fob, or missing all floor mats, or other details and communicate that to the prospective buyer. As it stands there is a minor bit of disappointment that Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek was not forthcoming with the information and made no attempt to have any sort of compensation in the matter. Some small things like this unfortunately leave a bit of a negative feeling even though the rest of the buying experience was fine. It is a bit of a shame since it is a relatively tiny amount of money for replacement floor mats and a second key fob given the purchase price of the car. This is probably something that a customer can and should ask about during the process, but with so much going on we didn’t ask, so definitely something for us to take away from the experience and to be more prepared next time.

It is a peace of mind to have the car serviced at the dealership with factory trained technicians. The process is easy for drop-off and pick-up, but better to have an appointment so you can get a loaner car. Most of the times you have to book way in advance. Their labor price is on the high side.

I was not going to write a review since I did not have anything good to say but got so many reminders that decided to do so. Their quality of work is good but the prices have become exorbitant and ethics are questionable. Each time they try and run up the bill to $8000 to $10,000 recommending repairs that are not justified. Replace Tail light on SL500 is $900, Windshield washer leak fix is $1,500. They said engine mounts have collapsed $2K to fix and then when I said car runs smooth they said OK to postpone for another year and see if we need it! 4 tires replacement, balance and alignment was quoted $1,700 and after I questioned they dropped it to $1,200. This is similar to what happened last year for my S550. The GM saw my review and called me and offered a discount. They are decent people and I know Covid was hard on business but quoting for repairs that are not needed or charging ridiculous prices is not fair to the customer. Ethan is my Service Advisor at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. He is courteous, and professional and is in constant communication with the customer as to the status of repairs or maintenance and when the car will be ready. I have had the most positive service experience at this branch because of him. The loaner is always ready at the time of drop-off. I can drop off the car the evening before and keep track of the progress via emails and texts. Ethan explains all the charges ahead of time and keeps me abreast of the progress via email. The technicians are also very knowledgeable. I never had to take my car twice for the same problem. They always take care of it in the first visit. Overall, I give them five stars.

We had a very good experience with everyone in sales. The problem we had was with the service department. There was a small part, lever that releases the rear seats of the car, that was broken & we were told it could be fixed the next day. We made multiple calls to follow up and the service department never called us back. We continued to call the next day but still got no follow up. We were in a time crunch to get this done because the car was being driven out of town. We finally went in person to talk with someone. The both people we spoke with were not only rude to use but also to the sales person trying to help us. When I asked to speak with the service manager a lady named Susana said it was she and continued to be rude. She said it could take up to 4 days to do and we would need to leave the car. She was making switching out a small lever/latch in the trunk into a ridiculous feat. We did not have time for her nonsense. I went back to the from and someone stepped in and was able to get in done in less than two hours. I did not appreciate the attitude and rudeness from the service dept. Neither woman were nice or accommodating in any way. I felt bad for Mondo, our sales guy, because they were extremely & unnecessarily rude to him in front of us. I hope we have better interactions with the service dept in the future but am a little worried after this.

The process of getting a loaner was as slow as molasses. The return process was the same. My car was blocked by another vehicle and they couldn?t find the keys. Then my car was dripping wet and the kid told me to just drive it and it would blow the water off. I didn?t expect this from Mercedes. The service rep Eathan Kurtz was wonderful.

My car buying experience at Mercedes Benz of Steven’s Creek was traumatizing. I had communicated with the dealership before arriving to view the GLC300s. Our sales person, Steven was very pleasant and showed us used cars on his computer. We were not asked if we wanted a new car. Steven told us they had a promotion on the used cars with an interest rate of 2.99 percent. That rate immediately grabbed our attention. He showed us a 2022 GLC with about 8,000 miles. We decided to go with it because of that interest rate. The dealer offered a $4000 for our Rogue as a trade in but Car Max had previously offered us $6,000 so we drove to Car Max and sold our car. Steven came to pick us up from Car Max and brought us back to the Mercedes dealership, to come complete our purchase. My husband and I filled out the application. We both have excellent credit scores over 800 so we knew financing would be a breeze. After a while, Steven returned with another manager to let us know the 2.99 interest rate was only valid on used cars from 2021 and not applicable to 2022 vehicles. At that point we were stranded since we had already sold our other car and had no way to drive back home. We had a heated discussion and the Steven’s manager said there was nothing they could do to help. Leaving without buying a car wound make it hard to get back home and get to work during the week so we ended up buying the car at an interest rate close to 6 percent. I even pointed out to the manager their website had lower interest rates but he said they do not match what their website states. The cigarette lighter cover in the car was broken and we were told they would be replacing it but the parts department was closed so we should be expecting a call for that. Steven sent a follow up email a week after and I expressed my frustration with the car buying experience. I followed up again to inquire when the cigarette lighter cover would be replaced. My emails have been ignored. Buying a Mercedes was supposed to be a dream experience but I find it hard to get over how we were treated and continue to be ignored. A Mercedes Benz dealership should have better customer service!

Just picked up 2022 EQS580 - the car is fantastic. I've been in touch with the sales people for many weeks before I actually decided to go forward with this particular car, I test drove an EQS450+ and have EQS450 SUV on order. But finally, the dealer agreed to make a deal on my dream car - the 580, which is an absolute joy to drive - it feels like I missed the last 10 year of car industry developments. I’m supposed to get a refund for a remaining maintenance service after paying off the car I bought here, and got a new Mercedes from another dealer. I have contacted a representative, provided the info they need. I followed up numerous times but haven’t heard back. I then went to the dealer again and just realised the representative no longer worked here. A manager then talked to me, got another representative to handle my case. But they didn’t seem bothered to help because I’m no longer their client. I’m standing at the entrance for an hour with lots of documents they need without getting a seat. They checked my documents and still said a form that I’ve never heard of is still missing. They asked me to call the HQ for more information knowing that it’s not their working hours. 3 different people handled my cases from my two visits, and I still haven’t got any clue on their procedure for getting my refund. I thought I went to a Suzuki, it’s so disappointing to get this kind of service at Mercedes Benz simply because I’m no longer their client.

I had two service alarms. One was repairable- six battery replacement. The other alarm was not active I had a damaged AC back seat vent which I asked Troy to survey. His recommendation was to discuss as cost was going to be $1300. I glued it in place Windshield pitting which causes loss of vision in direct sunlight. Mgr JT helped and will pay for the labor. I have a 10/17 appointment for replacement. Equitable for my July 11-2022 purchased 2015 GLK350. Just faced with discovery in last three weeks during Fall seasonal direct sun acc SS to my home.

We have been getting our 2015 ML 400 serviced here since we acquired it. Our service advisor, John Stansbury is easy to connect with and pleasant. The whole service experience is very polished and professional. We always get our car back clean and the repairs have always been faultless. The only thing that I would suggest is that they could add a little signage so that drivers know what to do when they bring their car in. I'm always a little confused about which service line to enter and whether I should stay in my car or go in to find someone.

My sales person, Steve Kirksey was outstanding, five stars. BUT we came for a 10:00 am appointment with your finance department (we were paying cash for the car) and though SEVERAL people saw us waiting in front of the offices we did not speak with anyone to finalize this sale until 12:23, or two hours and 23 minutes after our scheduled appointment. THEN. the person who spoke with us was TOTALLY incompetent, made several mistakes on the printed material he wanted us to sign and was annoyed when we refused to do so until he corrected his mistakes. Finally he got some help from an associate who seemed more knowledgeable and after an hour and 32 minutes the paperwork was completed. I can only imagine how long it would have taken if we were not paying CASH!!!!! The only good thing about this entire process was Steve Kirksey who sold us the car. He gets a 5plus in my estimation. His customer service was definitely a five. The rest of the purchasing service was dismal.

First I?d like to state that the problems I have with the service department or not with the people or the technicians that work there. My understanding is you make an appointment and on that day your car gets serviced. This is the second time I brought my van in for warranty work and the second time they?ve had it for over six days. Ethan who is my service advisor did an outstanding job letting me know when my car would be ready. Unfortunately they have this word Q so if you take your car out you lose your place in the queue. I think they?re understaffed with technicians who actually work on the vehicles. The service department does a lot of work. It?s the management that over books the service department. If I bring my car in on the date of my appointment I expect my car to be serviced that day. The appointment itself was a month and a half out the very first time and a week later the engine light went on again. This time it was three weeks before I could get in and six days to fix the problem. Dealing with this problem at this dealership makes me not want to buy another Mercedes van. Bought one and 2016 and another in 2021. Don?t think I?ll ever go back to this dealership again if I need warranty work done. I use my van for work every day and they had a total of 11 days in the shop in the last two months. Not fun. I?m seriously thinking about selling and buying a Ford van in Santa Cruz where I live.

I bought a brand new GLC 300 from this dealership last year. I’ve only taken my car here for its routine services, no where else. With the last service I had, I picked up the car and noticed scratches on the inside console! I was shocked. There was a lot of residue on the console which I assumed was from the “ Complimentary vehicle sanitization with every service”. When I wiped that residue away with a microfiber cloth I saw all the damage. I was disappointed and upset; especially after paying $950 for the B service!!! I texted my service advisor and explained the situation. I was told they would repair the damage and I was given an appointment a month out since replacement parts needed to ordered. I dropped off my car and was met with accusations that the scratches are normal wear and tear! And that the damage was absolutely not done during the service. I said those marks were NOT there prior to me dropping off my car for service; that I think the scratches came from them wiping down my car’s interior from the complimentary sanitization. My service advisor snapped back and said they don’t sanitize and wipe down the inside of the car?!?! And that the complimentary sanitization means they clean the engine instead?!? That made no sense. He then started pointing out anything he could on the inside of the car that was tiny flaw or minor scuff; saying my steering wheel had loose stitching & a mark on it. I told him that’s not an issue I’m complaining about. I’m only complaining and asking for the things that were damaged during the last service to be repaired. I’m an honest person and work very hard for everything I have. Him making it out like I’m coming after them for wear and tear repairs was ridiculous. He said they’re only going to do this once and I can’t complain every time I come in for servicing about a new scratch on the car! It was clear he was calling me a liar. From the moment the conversation started it was unprofessional and uncalled for. I don’t need to nickel and dime a dealership about interior flaws other than what they caused during a service! I’m done referring my friends and family here when they are shopping for cars. The loaner car they provided me had crumbs, garbage in the driver side door pocket and sticky stuff all over the console and on the ignition button. So gross. This place is not luxury and treats it’s loyal customers like trash. I paid a lot of money for my car and pay a LOT for services through them. How dare u act this way! This business lost my trust and lost a loyal customer!

I do car service several years in Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. The experiences are always great. For this time, I was very busy, so I have to do last minutes cancellation of the service schedule. The cancellation and rebooking is very easy to do. Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek also provides weekend time slot which saves my time for work. Meanwhile, they are also considerable. When I said I will stay in the office to wait the car, my agent suggest me to have a loan car as he didn't want to let me waste my weekend time in the office for waiting. So considerable. Also the service is always professional for sure. Very detailed explanation, and no strong push on the extra items to take. Nice experience.

Really odd personalities and my sales guy who took me out on the test drive didn't speak much English and the sales manager was sarcastic to me and the sales guy. I wanted the car and wanted to get out asap so I didn't have to deal with them. There are a few repairs that need to be done and it's been 4 days and nobody has contacted me so go figure and it's even in the contract for them to repairs these two items. Totally unprofessional and did not feel like a Mercedes dealership but more of a used unknown car lot with cheesy sales people. Totally unprofessional.

Went in to test drive a car, really loved it so I decided to go ahead with the purchase on one condition, I’d leave it there for a couple days because I was in the process of selling my other vehicle and I wouldn’t have space for it. Sales person assured me this wouldn’t be an issue however after I started signing papers to start in purchase his manager came out to tell me this wouldn’t be possible due to liability issues etc… Anyways we moved on from there, I was already pre approved and provided Them with the documents of my pre approval, the sales person took and left with the understanding that they’d be working with that financial institution and the finance manager would be out in a few minutes to collect downpayment to complete the purchase. I say and waited for about an hour until I was starting to get fatigued and I stepped outside that was when I saw a few people approaching me saying he was ready to see me. When I got into his office I started receiving alerts about hard inquiries on my credit report from numerous banks but none from the institution that I got pre approved from. I started asking him what was the reason for that to which he kept going in circles about sub prime lenders and some other stuff I had no interest in hearing. So what should’ve been a 1hr transaction the most took almost 4hrs and my credit was ran by numerous financial institutions without my knowledge/consent. Sales person was pretty cool though, think his name is Kevin.

The service was the worst. I made an appointment for a recall fix one month ahead, knowing it would take 4 hours to repair it. We arrived on time and were ‘t assured it could be done that day. At that point we also needed a battery replaced. We decided to Uber home (we live in Santa Cruz) and give them plenty of time to do it. The next day we texted and understood it would be ready by 1:00. Arrived, the man we talked to was at lunch and when we texted him, he was shocked it wasn’t done. Turns out it was ‘t even in the queue to be done. They agreed to replace the battery so we could take the car home. Their recommendation: go elsewhere to have the recall work done. And that is my experience with Mercedes SanJose.

the service was good as always and technicians did a good job. the only feedback I have is to provide Mercedes customers with seamless pick-up/drop-off process. I was told that all rental cars were booked for next 4-5 months and there's no shuttle, which means I who have one car have to use lyft/uber to run daily errands, or using public transportation (which doesn't work out in USA!). This is worse when car service takes more than a day. I believe mercedes dealership can find a better solution and help its customers in appreciation of their business with mercedes.

One annoying thing is that they have gotten rid of their cashiers. When you go to pickup your car after service, lot of times online payment link does not work, like in my case I tried online payment many times. You have to wait till your service advisor becomes available because only service advisors can process payments, as they don't have cashier any more. With the prices they charge for repairs, I am sure they can afford a cashier. I had to keep waiting. The manager was very nice. When he saw me annoyed, he right away found another advisor and asked her to process my payment. Other than that, everything else was great. My service advisor was awesome. Very courteous, and professional.

I recomend but with certain issues. My car had a recall issue, I booked an appointment....three weeks out. That date came and the service department cancelled on the day. They booked me the following week and a very nice fellow picked my car up about 8.30 AM and brought it back about 3.30. They must have disconnected the battery during service but did not correct the clock to the currenttime when finished.

My only objection is that getting a car service especially through Mercedes Benz you expect high standards which I didn?t receive at this dealership for my vehicle. I would not be taking my car back here for service. They started the the regular service charge from $900 when I asked they took off few things and brought it down to $500 which is fine but then didn?t have the decency to clean the car while doing service. I had always been given a very nice clean car back from other Mercedes dealers when getting service.

I brought in my old C class for service with a wiring issue that turned on the parking lights when the car was locked and continually drained the battery. The buying process was absolutely perfect. Tony was amazing and made it a great experience! Service appointments have been made easy by John. He stays in touch and walks me through the process. My only complaint about service is that once I received my vehicle and the inside was dirty and it was obvious when it was serviced that they smudged the interior in several places and then did a fast birthday wash which left fine lines all over the outside when they hand dried it. The second repair service I had, they left the window privacy shade off the track to wait for parts and we?re going to send me away with it flapping on the side. I think for the level of vehicle Mercedes is, there should be a higher level of concern for good care of the vehicle and owner during repairs and maintenance.

It was covered with water spots and there was a 6? diameter bird turd on the front left section of the hood. Took my car in for scheduled maintenance with an appointment that was made a month in advance. The staff seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. I had prepaid my maintenance when I bought the car from this dealership, but Service department did not have any record of that. So I had to wait for their accounting staff to arrive at the office and sort it out. Then had to wait for a hour for the loaner car, promised when scheduling the appointment. I could see tons of other customers waiting for loaners and complaining of being late. Staff informed that the loaners are being washed/cleaned, hence the wait. After an hour when I finally got the loaner, it was visibly dirty and had not been washed in a month probably. What a waste of time! Too bad I have paid for all the scheduled maintenance of my new car to this dealership, or I would never go back here again!

Well you guys wanted my review so here goes- I took my car in to the Mercedes’ dealership this week to just simply have the spare key programmed. It was only supposed to take an hour and a half but somehow it turned into an all day endeavor simply because I left the premises. I had to take time off of work and have someone else come and take care of my child once my nanny had to go home by 3 . I was stranded in San Jose the entire day (I live in Hollister). It was not a good experience AT ALL. Vincent did try and accommodate me by giving me $100 off my next service (if I ever choose to come back) for the miscommunication. I am still really disappointed with the entire experience.

We met Diana Than back in 2017 and had gone in a few times to browse since then over these past few years. we just happened to stop by and said if Diana Than is working and still there we will buy a car finally. To say that my husband and I were impressed by the professionalism and customer service we received while purchasing our 2022 GLE 350 is an understatement! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew that the two-hour drive to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek was worth it. The whole buying process was smooth and enjoyable. Jaysen was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features and took us for an enjoyable test drive. He answered all of my questions, synced the vehicle to the MB app for me and made sure I knew how to operate everything before I departed the dealership. The finance manager Dominick was extremely efficient; he explained the contract, all available packages, and was eager to answer any questions we had. Anyone who dreads the process of reading through legal disclaimers and getting lost in fine print would definitely greatly benefit from dealing with a financial manager like Dominick. As a final surprise, we were presented with a thoughtful gift to accompany the purchase of my dream car! On a scale from 1-10, I’d have to rate our experience at least at 11! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, trust me, this is the place to get it.

For personal reasons we had to return a leased car early that we really loved. Kenneth made the vehicle return process very easy and he did an amazing job in finding a replacement car that met all our needs for a new vehicle. Kenneth listened well and followed up on all action items in a timely manner. When we had a minor after sales issue Kenneth took care of the issue which was very much appreciated. One of the worst dealers I have ever worked with. BEWARE - Check their BBB rating and complaints. I had it enough with these [non-permissible content removed]. Requested warranty cancellation and was informed that it will take 6-8 weeks. Within week 7-8 weeks I requested updates and Sean Shah, Customer Financial Services Director, was the rudest person I came across. I was pushed back that its not 8 weeks yet and I do not have any right to ask for update. Now its been 10 weeks. I been asking updates but they stopped responding. This includes Sean Shah, Moe Afschar, and Aaron Riddle. Good luck with a director like Sean Shah who stop responding because customer request cancellation - and being rude just because a customer ask for update. I have utilized everything possible to reach these guys but no response. Now, I am in process to go the legal way and my lawyer asked to confirm their legal address to serve the summons for the court, and these guys again telling me that someone from the customer relations team will contact me to provide the address. I hope every buyer goes thru their BBB rating before doing any business with this dealer.

I took in my car for a B service and when I went to pick it up there were scratches all over it! My service advisor Danny was very nice since I was extremely upset and offered to detail it. When I went back 4 days later the scratches were out but there were awful swirls all over and the car looked “cloudy”. That’s when I had to ask for a manager. They ended up sending it out to a detail service. I went back to pick it up and it looked great but I was upset no one came out to talk to me or even call to check it. Just the attendant lady when she checked in the rental.

Words can not describe the true levels or impacts this experience has had on me and my fiancé. Her and I are both living on borrowed time as a result of pre-existing health conditions and I really wanted to allow her an opportunity at some of the more ideal experiences in life, but instead she's being forced to watch helplessly as these people at Mercedes Benz of Steven's Creek methodcally and without conscience, drain my pockets and my insurance policy for everything damn thing they can. To date, in a matter of only 1 week, they've managed to rake me for $14,000 with a balance of roughly $19,000 still remaining, on a vehicle purchase of 16,782. When I go in to talk about the situation no one is willing to listen. They avert their eyes in the opposite direction with responses all indicating the same thing :"you need to speak with your sales advisor" or "I don't know, I'm not the one who sold you the car". When I call they send me on phone looks, always resolving me to speaking with a machine. My car was just serviced there for extensive damages, and the Service Manager would not even allow me to physically see the vehicle until I signed over a 7,000 dollar insurance check. I mean, he would not allow me to even glanced at it from atar. I HAD TO SIGN THE CHECK FIRST,a check that was in his physical possession. Eventually I conceded, and he returned to my possession literally bought me to tear. The car was FILTHY! IT LITERALLY DROVE LIKE AN OLD DATSUN. THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT THIS VEHICLE THAT COUKD BE CONSIDERED EVEN CLOSE TO HAVING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A MERCEDES [non-permissible content removed] BENZ

They just kept plugging away until the damage was found and it wasn't easy. Susan has been a blessing for the past years we have had her as our advisor. Brought my Sprinter for the diesel emissions fix and when ready, 5 days later, it was dirty and with multiple bird droppings on it. I asked for it to be cleaned up and was told first by the pickup desk person that they do not wash cars. I then went to the service receptionist who proceeded to find the service manager who bluntly told me that because it's a van, they store them outdoors and they are not responsible for "acts of God". I then asked for a wash voucher at a local car wash, and he said that they don't do that. Needless to say that I was not happy with their response.

Repair work seems fine. The ML 350 runs well, but did lose a bit of fuel mileage. Old highway was 33, now it is 31.3 mpg. Sure the DEF consumption will go up as well. Can't comment on cost because all of the work was completed as part of the emissions settlement. Could not get a loaner car, van service was discontinued due to the pandemic and dealer would not cover an Uber. Most dealers do. Not a big issue.

I did not want to do review because my review is not going to be positive. Overall the service was okay. But when I was driving home I noticed some marks below the handle bar. Some mud was spread all over plastic cover and scruff Marks on drivers door rail. This was my long time back to Stevens Creek Mbz and I was disappointed. When you are accustomed to a meticulous job, this was a big “No”! This may not be a big deal, but I’m wandering how the actual service on the car had been done. Not a pleasant one for sure and suspicious.

While having full warranty the transmission was giving problem! Taken to the dealer three times and it was just a quick fix Warranty expired 2 months later big problem with transmission It took from December 2020 until now March 2021 to get a new transmission from Mercedes Benz as they did not want to replace it while under warranty I want to believe the dealer was helpful, during all this time I will asume transmission comes directly from Mercedes and not at the dealer cost However three months to get it resolved is unheard

I am happy with the car purchase I made in 2018, and have been using this dealer for my service for the past three years. I am a single, female parent and every time I make a service appointment and ask for a loaner car (as I have a toddler), I am told I have to book three to four weeks out. The following has happened to me twice--as I cannot be without a car having a baby, I have waited in the lobby while my service is being completed. Upon getting there both times, I asked the loaner service desk if there was any way I could get a loaner available so I did not need to wait around. I was denied both times, claiming there were "no vehicles available." BOTH times I have witness white males, also coming in to service their vehicles and having no loaners available, find their service rep saying there were no loaners available and ask for a car, and BOTH times, I have seen the MB male employees say "No problem, we'll get that taken care of." I paid around $60,000 for my vehicle at this dealership and have been loyal to them. I imagine these two men in both instances paid around the same, as well. I conclude that my issue for loaners both times have been on the basis of sex. For the record, I would like to note that I also have a comparable BMW, as well, and I take it to the BMW service center across the street. I have had no problems getting a loaner, even the day of.

I got an appointment for the air bag recall on my car at the Mercedes Service Center on Stevens Creek. I showed up at the appointed time and was told it would take a couple of hours. After 2.5 hours, I was told they didn’t have the air bag module and I would need to re-schedule. I received a voice message later saying that there was a shortage, and they would let me know by May. I called a service center the next day, referred by my mechanic, and was told to bring the car in for immediate service. Apparently, there is no shortage for recalls. I found the treatment at the Mercedes Stevens Creek Service center very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

TL;DR I brought my car here for a simple battery change service and ended up with a totaled car. I would not recommend coming to this dealership. I brought my car to the dealership for a battery change. It took more than a month for them to complete the service. Given that the service was done during Covid-19, this delay was understandable. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up the car, I found that the flooring under the back passenger seats was completely flooded with water. The water had seeped through the panels and damaged the internal parts of the car. As a result, my car had to be totaled. Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek refused to take responsibility for this negligence. I will not be returning to this dealership and would highly discourage people from getting their cars serviced here.

My experience at the dealership is OK, SA worked really hard to resolve my issue but the results are quite disastrous. To begin with, due to the issue in tire and wheel insurance claim, I have to wait for over a week to get my car back. During this time, no loaner was provided and I have to make several phone calls myself to escalate the claim to get it approved. I wish there is more support from the dealership. Then about the issue. It is to replaced a cracked wheel TWICE. The EXACT SAME WHEEL cracked again in 392 miles after the first replacement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just to be clear, those 392 miles is mostly local commute under 50mph and I do not recall any incident that would lead to a cracked Wheel. I highly suspect the replecement of the orignal wheel was not done properly, or it has not been replaced at all! This is quite unique experience for my 10+ yr experience as luxury performance car owner. I am not sure if any investigation can be conducted on my case since all the work has been completely on my car. I would really appreciate the effort if any people from management can help look into my case. As an AMG owner, I was really disappointed about my expereince and would not consider owning another AMG for at least next 5 yrs.
