My car was scheduled for an oil change. The appointment was at 8:40 AM. When I arrived, the lady guided me to drive forward, in avoiding the sun. That was very sweet of her. Vincent Hoang came right after a couple of minutes. He explained clearly what service does the car needs. He estimated the time of the service. It’s about one and a half hours, so I don’t need to borrow another car to go home. The service was done exactly after the estimated time. I like their service, professional, courteous, convenient, especially saving time for me. Thank you for the excellent service from their staff.

The buying process was absolutely perfect. Tony was amazing and made it a great experience! Service appointments have been made easy by John. He stays in touch and walks me through the process. My only complaint about service is that once I received my vehicle and the inside was dirty and it was obvious when it was serviced that they smudged the interior in several places and then did a fast birthday wash which left fine lines all over the outside when they hand dried it. The second repair service I had, they left the window privacy shade off the track to wait for parts and we?re going to send me away with it flapping on the side. I think for the level of vehicle Mercedes is, there should be a higher level of concern for good care of the vehicle and owner during repairs and maintenance.

Invoice said ?complimentary exterior wash? yet the vehicle was dirtier than when I dropped it off. It was covered with water spots and there was a 6? diameter bird turd on the front left section of the hood. I paid $5000 in repairs and service, then had to go straight to a car wash?not the service you imagine when spending over $100,000 on a vehicle.

Took my car in for scheduled maintenance with an appointment that was made a month in advance. The staff seemed unprepared and overwhelmed. I had prepaid my maintenance when I bought the car from this dealership, but Service department did not have any record of that. So I had to wait for their accounting staff to arrive at the office and sort it out. Then had to wait for a hour for the loaner car, promised when scheduling the appointment. I could see tons of other customers waiting for loaners and complaining of being late. Staff informed that the loaners are being washed/cleaned, hence the wait. After an hour when I finally got the loaner, it was visibly dirty and had not been washed in a month probably. What a waste of time! Too bad I have paid for all the scheduled maintenance of my new car to this dealership, or I would never go back here again!

My car had an issue with some plastic components in the center console making some unwanted noise. These noises can be incredibly hard to diagnose. For me, it was most prominent when the car was running cold. Steve took care of me. They kept the car for a couple of days and supplied me with a loaner. They tested it over several days and when it was found that a part had to be replaced, guaranteed their services and results. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service. Thanks Steve!

Service department has wonderful people (5/5), but sales department is the worst dealership I’ve ever seen (0/5). Advice to potential buyers: always get written and signed paper on everything they promised you. Even this, they may deny their own words and promise. They will do everything they can to cheat you: lease, finance, trade in, sell your car, everything. Do your own research diligently. Never trust any single word they say without Google it first. They just tried to scam me thousands of dollar on a leased car buyout. Guys, yes, you can sell your leased car and get cash for the equity. Don’t be scammed. Will never do any business with this dealership and will advice anyone I know to avoid the sales department if they can.

Make sure to have all terms written out in COMPLETE DETAILS so there’s no miscommunication resulting in you paying extra fees and wasting time in hassles. Brand new S580- ~2500 miles. Started getting 12V Battery Warnings. These appeared a 1 hour after a 180 miles drive for example. So it wasn't that the car wasn't being used. Before I turned it in to have the problem fixed "Warning Emergency Assist Stopping Inactive" and "Drivers Assist Inactive" started showing up, then permanent. Turned car in to rectify. Logs showed the above symptoms on multiple occasions. Service guy texts that car is done. No charge as expected, great, but a pain in the butt. This is my third S Class. Very nice car. When I picked it up the Service guy says "they didn't do much to it." What? Is it fixed? Well they downloaded al the software updates". OK, were there known defects in the versions of software that had bugs like this reported? Shrug. One day after picking up - "Warning 12V Battery" is showing up. Not too good for a $140,000 car. I expect better. Now I have to go through all this again. One thing to note is that the battery was detected as having issues. If they skipped the battery swap because it costs money ($250), only to force me to go through another iteration of this, I will be quite angry. I was without the car for a week, got no loaner. I'm pretty sure they can do better than this. Stay tuned.

I had my vehicle serviced here on a Saturday. I returned the loaner and pick up my vehicle Monday first thing in the morning on my way to work. I noticed when I drove off and got to my office that I forgot to remove my black wagon cart from the trunk. At this point, it had been under two hours. Called and called no answer, and left a voicemail and messaged Ethan the person who helped me. Called back again in the evening, still only being directed to voicemail. I called every other day, which is terrible customer service. I didn’t want to drive back here if the loaner had been lent out and wasn’t there. Assuming the inspectors would have caught this item and called me the customer for pick up by now — still nothing! Over a week later I finally get a hold of someone. She says they don’t have the cart…. odd I would have gotten that response within minutes of holding (doubt they could check). Also, this brings me to my point that either an employee kept the cart, or the next customer which they should contact to return the personal item since I cannot. I continue to explain that I have left several messages, and she told me the manager and Ethan would be getting this message passed through and that I would hear from them. Days later!!!! Still nothing. This item was absolutely left in the vehicle. It was costly due to good quality. Do not bring your vehicles here. Employees not doing their job to inspect, involved with keeping personal things or…. who knows, maybe it is still in the vehicle.I wouldn’t know! The service manager and service department hasn’t answered the phone in days! Also, quality of service department is lousy now. This area looked so unattended and unclean. Service your car at another Mercedes and spare yourself.

Service Department Review ONLY. Not that there's anything wrong with the vehicle buying experience, I just didn't buy here, so any review would be outright fantasy fiction. Anyway moving on... Ethan was my service advisor and he was great. He was upfront about all the services advised, services unavailable that may be wanted without pushiness, and advice on what kinds of service they could offer for what I wad looking for. My experiences with dealership auto service departments has made me understand the lack of humor in the "stealership" jokes you heard, and although quite spendy, Ethan was up front about all the costs, the timeline and schedule, and options I had to spend less (or nothing). I ended up getting all the services I wanted done, they even fixed my aftermarket windshield repair I tried to save money on and it still came out less than the original installers price. All in all, I feel I got my money's worth and and I am quite satisfied with the quality if work.

I was out of town when my car needed towing. The service rep contacted me as soon as the car got to the dealership and explained the timeline for repairs as it was over a weekend. First thing, Monday morning I received a call and Steve was extremely helpful giving me an estimate of what time my car would be ready. I was able to pick it up at that time.

I am extremely happy with the service provided by Vincent and the service department. After a visit to another Mercedes dealer who's mechanic said the seat heater was working "Good enough" , Vincent confirmed the SLC's seat heater had failed and was replaced. He also confirmed the replaced unit was working properly and kept me fully updated on the progress of the repair. Highly recommend the service department and especially Vincent for outstanding customer service.

I found autonation stevens creek mercedes after spending almost one month on a search for a new 2022 mercedes s580, locally and nationally. I refused to pay more than MSRP. Very Frustrating. Saw the car I was interested ino the national autonation websitea nd registered to see the "Your" price for the car. WOW, the autonation was LESS that MSRP by thousands (five figures). Saw the car the next day, confirmed the amazing discounted price and bought it. Picked the car up the next day, Satuday and was supposed to get my instuctional tutorial in person on how all the features and computer soft ware worked. My sales woman said she could not link me up with MercedesMe on that day due to system being down. She scheduled me for her usual WEDNESDAY'S only, instruction day, I was given a reserved appointed. Resorted to YouTube videos to figure out all the basics while I waited for my appointment to link up MercedesMe. Showed up for my appointment at the sceduled time and she was NOT there. She NO showed. Sales mananger tracked her down at home and learned she was not coming in. The substitute sale person rounded up to hook up my MercedesMe could not do it, after an hour of trying, gave up ane referred my back to my original sale person. Five, 75 mile round trips, and phone calls later. my issues with MercedseMe, operating questions and repair/replacement of the factory spoiler adhesive peeling loose. I am finally a satisfied customer.. Five stars for the sales process and easy pricing with no negotiating. I got an amazing price for these pandemtic times. Zero stars for after sales customer service. I had the oppurtunity and spoke directly to the GM after all was said and done. He listened, was apologetic and assigned me to a new personal Sales Manager to handle directy any frture sales related issues. I am confidently there will be no none. Autonation is the easiest and least stress way to acquire a new car. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my family/friends.

I bought a 2010 GLK350 from here. They didn't let me drive it home the day I purchased it, because the passenger headlight was burned out. Despite the fact that the vehicle had gone through some sort of inspection. After parking the vehicle in my garage, I have noticed a very strong aroma of gasoline. Even with the garage door to the house closed, the smell is pervasive and pungent and seeps into my living space. I cannot think that this is not somehow a greater safety concern than the burnt out headlamp. During the day I have been opening the garage door and pointing a box fan at the vehicle, hoping that the smell will dissipate. It has yet to do so. While they offered to resolve the issue, which I am grateful for, I did have to drive the vehicle from Sacramento all the way down to San Jose. Which was quite a bit inconvenient, and involved me coordinating the assistance of several people. I would recommend that in the future, if issues like these could be remedied first, that would create a better experience. So far, I had to drive down there and back 4 times. Which seems excessive. I called the location several times after my initial review. I even left two voicemails. I never was contacted. In the future: if you don't care about your customers, which you clearly don't, do not feign that you will resolve issues after you have decided them into purchases and then once you've collected the funds care little about their satisfaction. 0/10, 0/5, doesn't matter, I wouldn't ever buy from them again. They forced me to buy an "extended warranty" which isn't worth the paper it's printed on.

I was originally told that my car should be ready at a particular time but when we arrived there, they returned the car in a dirty state and we had to wait for half an hour just to get a wash.

I had a dispute over a contract agreement with Nick Kith, who had previously helped us with financing our vehicle. He was not clear about specific details in the agreement when we bought the car. I had a conversation with him today over the phone and he could not answer my questions directly, saying that he couldn't and wouldn't help me. He then proceeded to just hang up on me because I was disputing things that he did not agree with. Very unprofessional. I was not rude to the man, at all. They are very nice when they are selling you a vehicle, but watch out for these people later on. I tried calling multiple times to get a manager on the phone and they just send you to voicemail. Thank you, Lucia and Goran for no help at all. If I could get a call from Curtis Kent, that would be awesome. I'm taking these guys to arbitration or court. I just want this handled.

Finance department is very unprofessional and rude. Once you have told them that you don't want to take extended warranty(after lot of haggling), their attitude suddenly changes and they stop answering any questions or even helping in the contract signing. The person just gave me the iPad and did not help in answering any question properly. Very unprofessional. He did not give me the copy of the contract that I asked several times and I only got 4 days later in mail after 5 follow ups.

This time around, the service was bad. First no one around to register my car for drop off. I finally had to flag someone down after waiting 25 min. Then I got conflicting calls . Once to inform me that I needed additional service (needed a rotational & balance of tires). Then a 2nd call to tell me I needed a new battery. It gets worse.... I had to inform them to please look at my front brakes. I knew I needed pads because a month ago another Mercedes dealer repair center told me about the brakes. So the 3rd call was to tell me I needed new brake pads. I was very disappointed with lack of service and lack of inspection. And at this point, I do not trust them. When I went to pick up my car, it was dirty. I requested if they can wash my car and was told there is long waiting line. I was willing to wait, the agent kept discouraging me not to get a wash.

This is not the first time to bring in my Mercedes for service and usually everything works great. The greeting is professionally and an adviser goes around the car and makes suggestions and provides feedback on the status of the car. I trust his opinion and suggestions. Afterwards I can pick up the loaner I requested and usually within a day or so the service is done. Not this time. Everything was so chaotic. The line to drop off my car was extremely long and then they also ran out of loaner vehicles. If someone would at least contact me and provide guidance, then I could have avoided coming to the dealership and cancel or postpone. Communication, or the lack of, was the biggest part of my negative experience. I hope they will fix the problem and get back to their great service. *** Update 04/06/22 *** I brought in my Mercedes again to fix a few problems after they conducted a service on my car. 1) the letters on the trunk of my car fell off and needed to be replaced and 2) there was a noise after the service coming from the over dashboard light. What shocked me is that the loaner they provided was dirty and definitely has not been cleaned at all, plus the windshield was cracked, introducing a safety risk for me and my family. I complained about this, but this was the only loaner available. The letters were fixed, but they could not locate the rattling sound, hence did not fix it. The customer service at this location is getting worse, but what’s even more concerning that they take a calculated safety risk by providing me a car with a broken windshield.

Well you guys wanted my review so here goes- I took my car in to the Mercedes’ dealership this week to just simply have the spare key programmed. It was only supposed to take an hour and a half but somehow it turned into an all day endeavor simply because I left the premises. I had to take time off of work and have someone else come and take care of my child once my nanny had to go home by 3 . I was stranded in San Jose the entire day (I live in Hollister). It was not a good experience AT ALL. Vincent did try and accommodate me by giving me $100 off my next service (if I ever choose to come back) for the miscommunication. I am still really disappointed with the entire experience.

Mercedes was able to fix my car that had gotten broken into, they fixed my right rear up and down window and my entire back glass, including seals around windows. There was glass all over the inside of my car from the break in. They thoroughly cleaned the interior and exterior. I am very happy with the help of the Assistant Service Manager, Erica. She is cool and easy to work with. I was able to communicate with her via text and she got everything done for me in a timely manor. Thanks Mercedes team and Erica, :)

I took my 88 560 SEL to them to fix it up not only did they do a fantastic job on it, they did it in such a fast turn around. I ask my CLA class through the email. And their sales Ellen Lans contact me me immediately, she told me the car is not available but however she able to let me build the car i want. She show great knowledge on all the feature in that case i understand which package i should pick. She puts passion on me since I have so many question when building this car and also keep update car status with me. Overall customer service was very good but there was some confusion among the staff (not my service advisor, Nate, who is always excellent but rather the supporting staff) during drop-off and pick-up that lead to delays. I would expect a nicer lounge from an upscaled dealer like MB.

I saw the Tundra for an exceptionally good price. After a bad experience by two dunderheads at the Capital Mercedes, I called this dealership on Stevens Creek. I kinda didn't believe it, thought it was a bait-and -switch attempt. I even asked the salesman to take a picture with his hand on front of the camera so that it would prove that the truck was actually there. He probably thought I was on the weird side, but he accommodated me. I was treated with standard normal respect. I was shown the truck. Went on a test drive. Came back and did the paperwork. The finance manager got me the best deal I think I could get. I have been driving this truck for a couple of days now, and I am very happy with it. I can't speak, one way or another for the other sales people, but Gary Sandhu is the one who saw me though this purchase. I would recommend asking for him.

It was kind of a nightmare to get hold of someone at the service department on the phone ahead of time to figure out my situation. Multiple attempts over the phone and online. Never really got any of my questions answered. In the end, I just scheduled a service and showed up. Once I was in front of my service rep, things were great and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will continue to use MB of Stevens Creek for recall work and parts, but will stick with my local service center for maintenance.

I continue to purchase Mercedes because of the Smythe European customer service department and the excellent customer service reps - mine is Giselle. While this time there was a glitch - when I came to pick up my car Friday after work and my service manager had already left they couldn?t find my car keys after I already paid online and was told my car was ready. I just kept the loaner an extra day which was fine since I had already filled it up with gas and Giselle, who was off for the weekend , located the keys and had the car parked and ready out front in Saturday. So A plus as always.

Have always had terrific, fast and friendly service at this Mercedes dealership, even though I did not originally purchase my vehicle here (had previously purchased out of state prior to moving to the area). Appointments are on time, service is quick and reliable, and my car is always available on time and is washed when I pick it up. I also appreciate how easy it is to communicate with my service professional via text, and prepay for my bill online. Shout out to Ethan for always being super helpful and professional. Why not rate them 5 stars? Unfortunately, the online appointment scheduling system is totally broken. For example, my car was recently due for regular maintenance. I received emails from the dealership notifying me and encouraging me to schedule an appointment. When clicking through to the website, no appointments were available, AT ALL, in the next 3 months. However, when I called via phone, appointments were available for the following week. If they can fix that, they'll be truly great!

I have really horrible experience with this dealership, they are arrogant, They don't care about after-sales service. When you call their salesperson, they will never get through. Contact the front desk and ask them to call back, but they won't call back. I have missing parts, and they don't help me order in time. I've been waiting for a long time, and when a part arrives, the salesperson won't call me. All they can do is try to ignore you, so I have to go to the store to ask for the status every time!!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! If zero stars was an option that’s what I would have chosen. We scheduled an appointment the night before to test drive a vehicle, as we live an hour away. Upon our arrival we were told to wait so that they could get the car we were interested in, we waited and waited (25 minutes) finally the guy who we originally met with and his sales manager came out to tell us that someone else was test driving the vehicle and that we could no longer test drive as most likely the other customer was going to purchase the vehicle. A huge disappointment and just pure lack of professionalism!!

I called my service advisor, Nate Jones, at Stevens Creek Mercedes when my car started shaking when I turned it on and the engine light stayed on. Nate had me bring the car in immediately and found me a loaner. Stevens Creek is an extremely busy dealership. Great communicator, and very helpful with any questions or information that was needed, as well as prompt follow up! definitely 5 stars for Sameer! My service advisor, John, deserves 5 stars. Dropping off the car took a bit longer than expected due to many cars in the queue ( I got there ~7 minutes prior to my appointment). Once the line cleared, check-in process was easy, and the service advisor took very good care of me. I'd used Smythe to service my car routinely - they even replaced the transmission. I went to an independent shop once the dealership changed ownership. This was the second time I had my car serviced at Mercedes of Stevens Creek - both major. One to fix the convertible top mechanism that was stuck in the open position, and most recently, to fix the driver's seat motor. Both times, the car came back worse than when I took it in. In the process of fixing the convertible top mechanism, they manage to rip the top (it was the original top); however, since I took the car in with the top in the open position, I could not prove the dealership had damaged it. I replaced the top subsequently. The most recent service included the seat motor replacement, new tires, 4 wheel alignment, suspension work, and new steering shock. After the service, I can feel a distinct vibration in steering where there was none previously. I took it back to the dealership. Again the service advisor took very good care of me. He had the shop foreman check out the car, and rebalance the tires, re-check all the work, tighten everything to spec. He told me this is pretty much everything that can be done. I noted the vibration is still present; he maintains this is normal for the car (it is not based on my experience prior to the service). It feels like at least one of the tires may be out of round. ------------------------- Update March 18, 2021: MB of Stevens Creek contacted me and asked to bring the car back. They replaced the tire that was out of round and rechecked the other related items. The ride is improved. I'm very happy with their customer service. ------------------------- New service February 23, 2022: I took my car in for regular 'A Service' and 100K mile special service. This time my service advisor was new. My previous advisor, John, had provided excellent service, and I expected same now. Let's just say the customer service left a lot to be desired this time. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my appointment time, and the service advisor did not show up until 20 minutes after the appointment time. In prior appointments, the service advisor kept me updated on the status of the service and also let me know any additional issues or recommended fixes and costs (asked whether I wanted to do the recommended fixes, or decline) , as well as when my car would be ready for pick up. As mentioned above, this time the service was not the same. I had to chase the advisor to get information on the status of my car and the pick up time. Communications was very poor. I finally picked up my car 30 minutes before closing time, and found the windshield washer nozzle was broken. I pointed it out to the tech who brought out my car. My advisor had left for the day, so I left him a message as well. The next day my advisor told me the service technician had pointed out the broken nozzle, but the advisor 'declined' the fix on my behalf to save time (??). He also intimated the nozzle was broken prior to my dropping off the car - I noted that he had taken pictures of the car when I dropped it off, and the nozzle was definitely not broken at that time. I expected and demanded the nozzle be fixed, but he said he would not commit to it, since it was broken prior to the service (in essence that I was laying). It took another day to sort out the problem with the dealership management. Good news is they fixed the nozzle. Honestly, this was a poor experience, especially considering the 'luxury' brand dealership. I will be going to a different Mercedes dealership for next service.

I came in a few weeks ago to purchase a car I had seen on the website, I had been messaging Asad for a few days and decided to go talk about purchasing my GLC-Class 300. I had a puzzling battery problem, and I brought the car in on an emergency basis. Randy took great care of me, and the person running the loaner desk was a star. Car was checked end to end (lesson learned -- when you don't drive during a pandemic, you don' keep your battery charged). Steve delivered the car back to our home and picked up the loaner. Now all I have to do is figure out where I am going to drive more!

It wouldn't be revelatory if I said Mercedes Benz service is expensive but I was surprised that despite my appointment how long I had to wait before and after the service. It was frustrating to sit in my car and watch people arriving after me attended to and even those without appointments! So after 20 minutes my designated person arrived and was profusely apologetic about the delay and explained something about a name confusion and a double appointment. As promised it took about an hour and a half for the service to be completed and the bill was settled. However, it took another 20 minutes for my vehicle to be released and it was quite unpleasant standing out in the cold. The car was clean inside and out and I don't have to take it in for another 10,000 miles which would be a couple of years for me!

I have been using the same location since 2006. For the first time i got really disappointed. I left my 2006 Mercedes to Stevens Creek for bodyshop. I could have gone somewhere else for such an old car but since i like the car so much I decide to work with professionals. It turned out that they are outsourcing it to Auto Nation collision which is cross the street. That department is definitely not easy to work with. But my issue was different. I left my car for general service around thanksgiving last year and left my car again for bodyshop right before new year. When my car was fixed for the bodyshop i drove the car 2 miles and realized that the steering weel was not functioning well and i was about have an accident. I went back and asked them why the has that issue and still delivered to me. The car didn?t have the problem when i left the car before new year and the car was already at the maintenance department not long ago. I am not sure how this such an important problem was missed twice. Anyway. Like as i said. I used this facility for last 16 years and was not expecting such service both from bodyshop and the maintenance department.

When I arrived, I was greeted and checked in fairly quickly by one of your associates and directed me who my point of contact would be in providing my automotive needs. The point of contact presented themselves fairly quickly and completed the type of work needed for my vehicle and pointed me to the right direction to get the loaner car that was reserved when I scheduled the service. After a short period of time, I was able to get the loaner which was quite pleasant since the last time I reserved a loaner, it took about 30+ min to talk to someone, provide, review and sign of paperwork, and get the car. Overall, it was a very gratifying and satisfying thanks to the ease and quickness of the process as a whole.

I would give Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek 1 Star, based on my experience purchasing a car along with the service post-purchase. Here is why (+1 Star) I bought a used 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 with low mileage and great overall condition. The purchase was a 3/5 due to them not accepting my down payment unless I also buy the extended warranty. My down payment was $12,000 on my card. I was talked into it but knew it was something I would need in case the car had any issue. (-1 Star) As soon as I completed the purchase, they gave me 1 key. My salesperson Annie told me she would check for the other key and made it seem it is in their storage. I hear back after the 5-day return trial that there is no key and I would need to ask the Jeep dealership for a replacement ($500 cost).. I don't like their tactics and it seemed very calculated in their timing. (-1 Star) Once I took it home I notice an oil leak on my driveway. After a few more days it got bigger. I called for an appointment for an oil change for them to check the car. A lady calls me back and tells me their oil changes are too expensive and I should go somewhere cheaper/ closer. Pretty weird thing to say to a customer who just bought a car and wanted standard maintenance. Turns out there was a missing oil cap which was replaced and there is still a leak present. (-1 Star) I emailed and called Annie, no response since and calls go straight to VM. I called their service line for an appointment. I book one and ask them to call me back to explain the warranty and total cost. They never called me back. It's been a week, I think they are running the same tactic of slow response time until the 3-month dealership warranty is over to kick the can down the road to my Extended warranty just like when I asked about the spare key. I am currently still trying to reach them for support. (-1 Star) Lastly, the service has not been the greatest. I am trying to find something to give them a second star but I cannot come up with anything. They will give me the run-around, charge me for repair in the end, or kick the can down the road. I will leave this star open for any callback or if they want to support me at all. They have my contact info. Thoughts: Don't let the name brand fool you!! If you can avoid this place, please AVOID! Not worth the loss of time, buying an extra key out of pocket. Oil leak and having 2 warranties and still cannot get support. The people running the show here need to improve their service or even call in to test the people working behind the scenes to make sure service is to their standards. To say that my husband and I were impressed by the professionalism and customer service we received while purchasing our 2022 GLE 350 is an understatement! From the moment we walked through the door, we knew that the two-hour drive to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek was worth it. The whole buying process was smooth and enjoyable. Jaysen was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle’s features and took us for an enjoyable test drive. He answered all of my questions, synced the vehicle to the MB app for me and made sure I knew how to operate everything before I departed the dealership. The finance manager Dominick was extremely efficient; he explained the contract, all available packages, and was eager to answer any questions we had. Anyone who dreads the process of reading through legal disclaimers and getting lost in fine print would definitely greatly benefit from dealing with a financial manager like Dominick. As a final surprise, we were presented with a thoughtful gift to accompany the purchase of my dream car! On a scale from 1-10, I’d have to rate our experience at least at 11! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, trust me, this is the place to get it.

This is the worst and most dishonest dealership in the WORLD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! We bought a used 2017 Maserati Gabelli from them last month (The owner owns both Benz and Maserati). 1. There is a missing part in the trunk when we purchase it. In the contract, they said they would order the missing part in the trunk. They said the part should arrive in a few days after we paid. But it has been a month now, whenever we asked, they just said they ordered and should get in a few days. They cannot provide any info about the order and tracking of that part. it turned out they never ordered it but just kept lying. 2. I only drove 5 times since I bought the car, even below 150 miles. Already found 3 issues. 1. We test drove it and purchase it one week later. The car could not start the first day we bought the car. We literally just stuck on the road side of the dealership. That is the way they did 120 checks and took care of the used car. They promised it was just a battery issue and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we did not return the car. So ironic that they said they did over 100 checks before selling the car but not even make sure the car can start or not. They explained that the car just needs to replace the battery and everything else is fine. We trusted them so we let them fix the car the first day we bought it. 2. We found the head rest on passenger side won’t go up, but since this is a small issue, we did not complain it. 3. it is just within a month, we only drove 5 times and not even 150 miles. We found another serious problem: The heater did not work! We never tested it because it was hot when we bought the car. They did not check, or they did check but not even tell us! It was made in 2017, not that old, and we paid 40k so not a cheap one. If you did not check the car before selling, please don’t say you did over 100 checks before selling the car. We relied on the information you provided to make the purchase. But It turned out False advertisement & misrepresentation is an auto dealer fraud!

I recently purchased a new set of tires for my Sprinter Van and had them installed at the Stevens Creek branch. It took a long time to get it done and when i asked why it took that long, i was told that my suspensions were bad and they had to put some "eccentric bolts" to get it fix. I was very surprised about that claim because i drove my van for years and didn't have any issues with suspensions or alignment. When i picked up my van and drove it back home it was pulling to the right. When i called Nate and told him about it he doubted me and then it took 2 months to bring me back in for realignment. I need someone to explain to me what went wrong in the first visit to cause this issue and why those bolts were installed. I want my van to drive the way i always drove it before all this.

For personal reasons we had to return a leased car early that we really loved. Kenneth made the vehicle return process very easy and he did an amazing job in finding a replacement car that met all our needs for a new vehicle. One of the worst dealers I have ever worked with. BEWARE - Check their BBB rating and complaints. I had it enough with these [non-permissible content removed]. Requested warranty cancellation and was informed that it will take 6-8 weeks. Within week 7-8 weeks I requested updates and Sean Shah, Customer Financial Services Director, was the rudest person I came across. I was pushed back that its not 8 weeks yet and I do not have any right to ask for update. Now its been 10 weeks. I been asking updates but they stopped responding. This includes Sean Shah, Moe Afschar, and Aaron Riddle. Good luck with a director like Sean Shah who stop responding because customer request cancellation - and being rude just because a customer ask for update. I have utilized everything possible to reach these guys but no response. Now, I am in process to go the legal way and my lawyer asked to confirm their legal address to serve the summons for the court, and these guys again telling me that someone from the customer relations team will contact me to provide the address. I hope every buyer goes thru their BBB rating before doing any business with this dealer.

I brought my 2015 GLK here to have the passenger airbag replaced via a recall. This was the nearest MB dealership to me at about 60+ miles. I dropped off the car at 8:30am and it was ready by 11am. The car was washed also which I did not expect. Since it was a recall, there was not charge (although I was provided with a full estimate of the recommended B service (40k) -- There is no getting around it, a MB is an expensive car to maintain, know that when you buy it and just accept it so you are not constantly freaking out by the big numbers. I appreciated the fact that Erica knew I travelled a long way and was waiting for the car and made sure that the work was completed as soon as possible. The facilities was clean and modern and there was a couple of nice coffeeshop within walking distance of showroom.

I made an appointment using dealer's chat feature. I clearly stated that I wanted a loaner when I made the appointment. I arrived 10 mins before the appointment time, but I had to wait in the car for 50 mins because the adviser that I was supposed to work with wasn't there. I wanted to drop off the car and go quickly because I had an important meeting, I was late to the meeting. They also said I didn't have my loaner reservation. I ended up getting one, but with the wait time and reservation mix up, I wasn't too happy.

I took in my car for a B service and when I went to pick it up there were scratches all over it! My service advisor Danny was very nice since I was extremely upset and offered to detail it. When I went back 4 days later the scratches were out but there were awful swirls all over and the car looked “cloudy”. That’s when I had to ask for a manager. They ended up sending it out to a detail service. I went back to pick it up and it looked great but I was upset no one came out to talk to me or even call to check it. Just the attendant lady when she checked in the rental.

I found a used car that I liked at a Mercedes-Benz AutoNation dealership, and I did all my homework, including obtaining my own finance through my bank. I had everything ready to go. This was a Tuesday. During the test drive, I notice that the back up camera and panoramic view (also cameras) weren't working. My salesman was with me on the test drive, and he notes that he will fix it. After all, it's AutoNation, and they can send it to their Lexus dealership, he says. Bring it back next week, we'll give you a loaner. No problem. Paperwork took 3 hours to prepare. I did have a trade in. This wasn't a huge issue; the wait was worth the car I was looking for. However, during the wait, my salesman lets me know that finance isn't "fond of me," probably because I have pre-approved financing and everything well-organized. Unprofessional. Eventually, I finally get into finance to sign. I asked the finance rep why he needed my income and job title on another credit application if I already secured financing from my bank, which is a partner with this dealership. Perhaps he took offense and thought I was questioning his competency. He started calling me "young man" and telling me that he does this all day. Unprofessional. The finance rep also insinuated that I couldn't use my credit cards for the amounts agreed with the salesman. He asks the manager to come in, who promptly confirms that I can. I also reminded the manager about the promised repairs to the back up camera, which he wrote down, something that the finance rep refused to do. No apologies received from the finance rep. Again, unprofessional. Finally, I had my car and drove home. One week later, a Tuesday again, I follow up with the salesman for the repairs to the vehicle. He says that he was going to ask me to bring it in the same day, but he couldn't because loaners were now unavailable because some people have been stealing loaners? Isn't that what insurance is for? Regardless, he reschedules for one week later, another Tuesday. I don't feel confident about this, and I again confirm via email that the repairs are included in the vehicle sale price, per our discussion. He confirms. One week later, on the day before the new appointment, I follow up again via email, and he replies with a confirmation of our appointment. Just hours later, he lets me know that the confirmed appointment has been cancelled, and he needs to set it for a week later again. No apologies received at all. Unprofessional. I am currently waiting for this 2nd rescheduled appointment, and honestly, I'm not confident that it won't be "cancelled" again. I have been waiting to leave this review because of the promised repairs. I had hoped to leave a positive one before I received a "last chance" email notification today to leave a review. Here's my review: I have close to zero faith or trust in this dealership at the moment and absolutely cannot recommend it.

Words can not describe the true levels or impacts this experience has had on me and my fiancé. Her and I are both living on borrowed time as a result of pre-existing health conditions and I really wanted to allow her an opportunity at some of the more ideal experiences in life, but instead she's being forced to watch helplessly as these people at Mercedes Benz of Steven's Creek methodcally and without conscience, drain my pockets and my insurance policy for everything damn thing they can. To date, in a matter of only 1 week, they've managed to rake me for $14,000 with a balance of roughly $19,000 still remaining, on a vehicle purchase of 16,782. When I go in to talk about the situation no one is willing to listen. They avert their eyes in the opposite direction with responses all indicating the same thing :"you need to speak with your sales advisor" or "I don't know, I'm not the one who sold you the car". When I call they send me on phone looks, always resolving me to speaking with a machine. My car was just serviced there for extensive damages, and the Service Manager would not even allow me to physically see the vehicle until I signed over a 7,000 dollar insurance check. I mean, he would not allow me to even glanced at it from atar. I HAD TO SIGN THE CHECK FIRST,a check that was in his physical possession. Eventually I conceded, and he returned to my possession literally bought me to tear. The car was FILTHY! IT LITERALLY DROVE LIKE AN OLD DATSUN. THERE WAS NOTHING ABOUT THIS VEHICLE THAT COUKD BE CONSIDERED EVEN CLOSE TO HAVING THE CHARACTERISTICS OF A MERCEDES [non-permissible content removed] BENZ

Brought my Sprinter for the diesel emissions fix and when ready, 5 days later, it was dirty and with multiple bird droppings on it. I asked for it to be cleaned up and was told first by the pickup desk person that they do not wash cars. I then went to the service receptionist who proceeded to find the service manager who bluntly told me that because it's a van, they store them outdoors and they are not responsible for "acts of God". I then asked for a wash voucher at a local car wash, and he said that they don't do that. Needless to say that I was not happy with their response.

Repair work seems fine. The ML 350 runs well, but did lose a bit of fuel mileage. Old highway was 33, now it is 31.3 mpg. Sure the DEF consumption will go up as well. Can't comment on cost because all of the work was completed as part of the emissions settlement. Could not get a loaner car, van service was discontinued due to the pandemic and dealer would not cover an Uber. Most dealers do. Not a big issue.

I did not want to do review because my review is not going to be positive. Overall the service was okay. But when I was driving home I noticed some marks below the handle bar. Some mud was spread all over plastic cover and scruff Marks on drivers door rail. This was my long time back to Stevens Creek Mbz and I was disappointed. When you are accustomed to a meticulous job, this was a big “No”! This may not be a big deal, but I’m wandering how the actual service on the car had been done. Not a pleasant one for sure and suspicious.

This was the worst car experience ever and its not over-I saw a car online that I liked and price was good- I went to them with a pre-approval from capital one and it took a week for them to send me the papers- long story short- I had to handle the financing myself- the deal took a month. Now I have the car and drove it less that 200 miles ( 2012 ML) and the check engine light comes on- I took it to my local Mercedes Dealer and the car needs thousands of dollars in repairs- all should have been uncovered by their 150 point check list. Teh worst part is that the car was supposed to come with a 3000 mile/3 month warranty. When my dealer caller the warranty company , they dont have the contract. I am happy with the car purchase I made in 2018, and have been using this dealer for my service for the past three years. I am a single, female parent and every time I make a service appointment and ask for a loaner car (as I have a toddler), I am told I have to book three to four weeks out. The following has happened to me twice--as I cannot be without a car having a baby, I have waited in the lobby while my service is being completed. Upon getting there both times, I asked the loaner service desk if there was any way I could get a loaner available so I did not need to wait around. I was denied both times, claiming there were "no vehicles available." BOTH times I have witness white males, also coming in to service their vehicles and having no loaners available, find their service rep saying there were no loaners available and ask for a car, and BOTH times, I have seen the MB male employees say "No problem, we'll get that taken care of." I paid around $60,000 for my vehicle at this dealership and have been loyal to them. I imagine these two men in both instances paid around the same, as well. I conclude that my issue for loaners both times have been on the basis of sex. For the record, I would like to note that I also have a comparable BMW, as well, and I take it to the BMW service center across the street. I have had no problems getting a loaner, even the day of.

I brought my car in for B service and Class Action air conditioning service. I was told that the AC would only been done under the class action IF the technician could smell the AC for 30 seconds. My car has been to this dealership since I purchased it, with the exception of a couple off site mechanics. Each time I bring it there, I tell them about the smelly air conditioner. It is amazing to me that with a record at the dealership that they would not fix the AC without the "smell" test! Well, they did NOT smell it, and I picked up my car. I took it to an offsite dealer, he did the AC sanitize and said it was one of the worst he has seen. Unbelievable, for a 300 dollar service, for Mercedes not to take care of it is beyond me.

She is very rude, talks in a condescending way, does not bother to tell you anything about service being done, won't answer any questions and shows as if doing a favor talking to you. She does not care at all about your car and concerns you have and has no intent to resolve anything. She is very money minded and just keeps quoting prices. Don't waste your time and money, and if want your car to be taken care properly, stay away from her or you will regret later.

I got an appointment for the air bag recall on my car at the Mercedes Service Center on Stevens Creek. I showed up at the appointed time and was told it would take a couple of hours. After 2.5 hours, I was told they didn’t have the air bag module and I would need to re-schedule. I received a voice message later saying that there was a shortage, and they would let me know by May. I called a service center the next day, referred by my mechanic, and was told to bring the car in for immediate service. Apparently, there is no shortage for recalls. I found the treatment at the Mercedes Stevens Creek Service center very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

TL;DR I brought my car here for a simple battery change service and ended up with a totaled car. I would not recommend coming to this dealership. I brought my car to the dealership for a battery change. It took more than a month for them to complete the service. Given that the service was done during Covid-19, this delay was understandable. HOWEVER, when I went to pick up the car, I found that the flooring under the back passenger seats was completely flooded with water. The water had seeped through the panels and damaged the internal parts of the car. As a result, my car had to be totaled. Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek refused to take responsibility for this negligence. I will not be returning to this dealership and would highly discourage people from getting their cars serviced here.

I was told that My GLC 300 all four tiers needed to replace when I went to an annual service for 20,200 miles. I bought the car in 2018, didn't have much mileages. My adviser also told me I can't put other manufacture tires because " Run-flat" tires require on this car. I feel that it doesn't justified that I would replace the tires every 20,000 miles. I'm very disappointed.

My experience at the dealership is OK, SA worked really hard to resolve my issue but the results are quite disastrous. To begin with, due to the issue in tire and wheel insurance claim, I have to wait for over a week to get my car back. During this time, no loaner was provided and I have to make several phone calls myself to escalate the claim to get it approved. I wish there is more support from the dealership. Then about the issue. It is to replaced a cracked wheel TWICE. The EXACT SAME WHEEL cracked again in 392 miles after the first replacement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just to be clear, those 392 miles is mostly local commute under 50mph and I do not recall any incident that would lead to a cracked Wheel. I highly suspect the replecement of the orignal wheel was not done properly, or it has not been replaced at all! This is quite unique experience for my 10+ yr experience as luxury performance car owner. I am not sure if any investigation can be conducted on my case since all the work has been completely on my car. I would really appreciate the effort if any people from management can help look into my case. As an AMG owner, I was really disappointed about my expereince and would not consider owning another AMG for at least next 5 yrs.

I did not have an appointment but was seen right away, I had low pressure in one tire and it was quickly determined there were two nails in my tire. This was taken care of right away while I relaxed in the comfortable waiting room which was arranged to be socially distant. Everyone I had interaction with were courteous and friendly. Overall a pleasant experience minus the great coffee due to Covid. It was communicated to the service technician that there were two nails , so it would not be overlooked and I did not have to make a return visit. Thanks to all.

We leased two cars with Fletcher Jones for 6 years in the past and obviously went back to them for a new lease. The agent who helped us in the past was retired and the new agent didn't meet our expectation. We looked around and stopped by here in Stevens Creek. Good drive up delivery of my car for service. Prompt service attention. MB provided a loaner car. The general service is prompt. My overall impression is good service at higher than average rates per hour and margins on replacement parts. After inspection, I did receive a call to replace a part, the part and service was quoted at $1,600, of which $1,000 was for labor at 4 hours. Doing the math, that is $250 and hour, which I did not authorize and will seek repair of needed from others. Rate seemed excessive.

Made an appointment to get car brakes fixed and tuned up but needed a loaner car. The only way to get a loaner was to wait for 3 weeks . 3 weeks later I came 29 minutes late for my appointment due to an accident on the freeway which I called to let them know and they gave my loaner away and asked me to wait for another 2 weeks. It’s just unacceptable . Poor service, poor attitude from service man and a waste of time

I came here to test drive a 2020 GLE350 4MATIC. I contacted the dealership about 1 month prior and worked with Slava, the Internet Sales Manager. He was super patient and very willing to give numbers in writing, which many dealerships won't do to avoid competition. I eventually went to the dealership to test drive. Slava and his manager were very amenable to even more negotiating beyond what I had already done by email. Ultimately, ended up with the vehicle that day itself because of the great deal combined with very friendly, no-pressure customer service.

My wife and I are in market for a new SUV to replace her old GX470. We just started searching and pretty much settled with the newly redesigned GLE350. Though I want to get the car before Christmas as a holiday gift for my wife, I was expecting at least a few weeks to go through all the searching and bargaining. But things turn out to be on fast track. It all started after I put in my contact info for "see dealer's offer". Mr. John McCarthy from Mercedes of Stevens Creek was the first to contact me and scheduled a test drive. Once we were on site, we also had the pleasure to meet with another associate Ms. Jenna Morejon. Both of them are very knowledgeable about the car and answered all our questions with great patience. Fast forward to next day -- I went back to double check a 2020 GLE350 that we passed on previous day but it was just sold literally as I walked in (darn, the GLE350 is popular!). Luckily, Jenna was able to find me a new 2021 GLE350 with all the features my wife wants, and she worked hard to help getting me an offer that I could not say no. So I signed right there. :) I also appreciate Mr. Nicolas Kith who stayed late on a Sunday night to help get all the paper work done. John then walked us through when we went back to pick up the car and helped us set the tailgate open height that matches our garage. We had a wonderful shopping experience at Mercedes of Stevens Creek, now my wife is enjoying her new GLE. The only downside for me is that my wife got the new car as Thanksgiving gift, now I have to think what to get her for Christmas. ;)

Sales Misrepresentation at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek Our vehicle, the 2018 Mercedes Benz C300, finished its first pre-paid maintenance at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek last week. However, yesterday was the first time that we know there is a three-year expiration date for our pre-paid maintenance package. The vehicle was purchased in 2018 at Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. When we were discussing whether we should purchase the pre-paid maintenance plan, we raised the issue of what if we can not drive 10,000 miles per year and we can not finish three maintenance in three years. The salesperson explicitly told us: "It's a common misunderstanding that the customer believes they have to use the prepaid package in three years. It's actually not true. The package can be used as long as the mileage of the vehicle does not reach 30,000 miles." With the trust of the salesperson and the brand of Mercedes Benz, we believed this and purchased the package. Coincidentally, we did not drive much during the pandemic. It took our vehicle two years to reach 10,000 miles. Last week, Susan from the service department told us that there is an expiration date for our pre-paid maintenance package. Now we think this is a misrepresentation that happened during our vehicle purchase procedure. We have contacted Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek and hope to solve this issue. None of them have worked. We are disappointed with the service of Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek and the misrepresentation during the purchase of our vehicle. Maybe it's time to consider a Tesla for our next car. They are fully transparent and honest after all.

My car came in for an air bag recall and I had some other minor upkeep done. Susan, assistant service manager, was my service rep and she did an excellent job explaining what my car needed plus some other options that would benefit my car. I had called and was told my car would take four hours. I had to wait for it and was surprised when it was finished in much less time. In over 60 years of owning many different makes of cars, this was by far the best service experience I have ever had. I’ll be back again.

The admission of my car for service at Stevens Creek location was TERRIBLE! I had an appointment at 9:20am (Oct 24, 2020), arrived there about 9:10am, there were 2-3 service advisors available, and I was completely ignored. 5 cars after mine were taken cared of, and nobody approached to my car. Finally a guy (supervisor?) came to me and said that he had noticed me standing there for a while (~20 mins), and asked me if I had been serviced. Then he sent somebody and take care of car for service. It has been a mystery to me why those advisors DID NOT DO the first come first service. I lined the queue, and had an appointment! A very BAD Experience!

Bought my car in July and received paperwork from DMV that my car wasn't registered and when I reach to Mercedes San Jose they contacted me right away and asked me to send pictures of my vehicle, it been a month now and still nothing. I have to take time off work to go to DMV to resolve the problem that I paid fees for them to do and they didn't. Make sure before you leave that all paperwork is done correctly.

By far, the worst car buying experience EVER!!!! We live in Michigan & bought the car from California because there was nothing like it available here in Michigan. 6 weeks after giving the dealership the down payment on the car, we have a car that's sitting in our garage with no paperwork to even register the car & when you call or email anyone, no one gets back to you in a timely manner!!!! I had more luck getting information about what's going on from MB Financial then with anyone at this dealership!!!! We just want this nightmare to be over with!!! We've talked to so many people at this dealership when someone actually answers the phone, but keep getting the run around because no one can give us a straight answer as to what is going on with our paperwork!!!! Never again will we buy a vehicle that we do not go to the dealership directly!!!!

I talked to the receptionist before I brought in my 2020 GLC for a 10k service. Was told that I should expect it to be around 370 for first time maintenance. When I got there the man quoted me $570 then when he finished he said it only cost $490. They also said there would be a complimentary car wash included. My car returned returned dirtier than I left it. They did the job in the time they said so thats good but was not happy about the price inflation and not getting the car washed when they said they would. 3/5 stars.

Last week I flew to San Jose, CA from Los Angeles to pick up my car that I bought online. I was in a hurry to leave the dealership since I was driving back to LA the same day, which takes about 5:30 to 6:00 hours drive. In your advertisement you mentioned that the car had 20" AMG wheels and that was emphasized by your finance manager. When I arrived home it was around midnight and I went to bed. The next day while checking the car I noticed that the wheels are not AMG, nor Mercedes wheels, they are 21" Niche wheels with 245/35/21 Continental tires on the front wheels, and 21" Niche wheels with 295/30/21 Michelin tires on the back wheels. I was very disappointed and did not know what to do at the time. But I still say that you falsely advertised the wrong items and also was told that the wheels were AMG when they were not. Also, the Bluetooth adapter was missing and I was told that one will be shipped to my address. I still have not received it.

Purchased car new In 2005 from this dealer -then Smythe European. Used for service for number of years. This time visited for recall service. Made appointment with my service advisor. He did not show. Instead someone without greeting or introduction showed up with my paper work, took a brief look at sunroof, said that “they” will not bother again, asked to sign paper and left without providing me a copy. Do not know if he was a tech or adjuster, but this is no way to deal with customer. Very disappointed and not even sure the recall assessment was done properly.

Very expensive service without commensurate quality of service. Just spent $2,000 on service and they say they want another $2,100 to replace the entire intake manifold due to a plastic part wearing out. There are no messages on the dash and the car drives very well so I declined. I had a battery drain issue, had to replace the battery twice in 2 months. After 3 days of diagnosis they couldn’t find any issue. Of course I had to pay for the diagnosis regardless. Now 10 days later the battery is dead again. A few years ago when they put in a new battery I now discovered that they omitted the vent tube so the gases of the battery can go outside the hood. No wonder I had weird smells inside the car since the inlet for outside air is right on top of the battery. This was discovered by the AAA guy who came and replaced the dead Mercedes battery. Another issue cropped up after the last service. The technician damaged the left hood strut so now when I open the hood it doesn’t stay up. It was fine right before I took it in. I know that because I opened the hood to jump start the battery. They used to be a lot better and more reasonable before. I had been servicing 3 cars for the last 15 years there. Now it’s all about how they can charge more and more. I think the good mechanics are gone and there is a lot of pressure from management for revenue. Terrible.

I literally searched all over for a specific car and found the closest model here at Steven’s creek. I called before making the drive down and reserved the car. Went in to look at it in person, test drove it with my uncle, then came back to do the financials. The sales person I got was Jenna Morejon. After the paperwork was complete the level of customer service went completely downhill. I feel like she just gave me the keys and rushed to get off. Things were not complete in the system for me until days later after I reached out to her. I was provided incorrect information twice and had to call the Mercedes 800 number to figure things out on my own. When I brought up being disappointed with the lack of customer service and help to Jenna her response was call my manager to complain here’s his number in so many words. I was shocked! I still went in to have my rims repaired and when I noticed a scratch on my car that wasn’t there prior to bringing it to the dealership. I immediately reached out to Jenna. She got back to me today and again...her tone and lack of professionalism is beyond me. She has a horrible attitude for no reason and as a paying customer I shouldn’t have to deal with it. After she continued to be rude and cut me off while talking I asked if I could just have someone else give me a call and deal with someone else moving forward. She said “my manager told me to give you a call. If you would let me explain” I told her I didn’t need her to explain anything and that her customer service was poor and I wanna deal with someone else. She continued to go back and forth and then had the audacity to say “I don’t have to sit here and be insulted” I’m insulting you by saying your customer service is poor (which it is) I’m dissatisfied as a customer (which I am) and I’d like to deal with someone else...? So be it. I’m leaving reviews to ensure my horrible experience with this dealership sales person is known. If you can go somewhere else you definitely should. I wish I could return the car and buy somewhere else that’s how bad my experience with Jenna is.

Good overall experience. Kathryn need to listen to customers when making appointments. She was rude to me when I was asking about times that were available and also advised me all I needed was an oil change when the malfunction light was coming on. My starter ended up needing replaced. Ethan was fantastic to work with and provided great customer service and so did the guys at the pick up counter. They delivered my car to me within minutes!

Hello all, Hope you are doing well. I moved to San Jose from Joplin, Missouri two months ago. My Mercedes needed new tires and an oil change.unfortunately I went elsewhere for the services. I was informed my Benz would need to have the tires aligned and there was a recall on the stirring pin. At that point it was time to look for an official Mercedes service center. There are several to choose from in the Bay Area I read the reviews and went with Stevens Creek and wish for the best. When I called to make an appointment I was put in contact with a service agent, Felix Alvarez. He was so professional, courtesy and very knowledgeable. He schedule me in right away and educated me about a non risk alignment and should an alignment be necessary the cost. I felt confident and assured I choose the perfect service center for my vehicle. My visit was top notch with everyone I encountered from the barista kind young lady to the gentleman when picking up my vehicle. All greeted you with a genuine smile and ready to assist. Understanding this is a review during COVID times, while the porter checked me in on her iPad quickly I was a bit disappointed that my service advisor took over 10 minutes to get to me. I had a meeting and a time crunch and seeing other advisors with no customers did not help. However my advisor was helpful, knowledgeable, quick and courteous when he did arrive. He texted right on time with a pick up time for my car as promised. However it would have been helpful to have an update on the new process's for pick up at the service department. When I picked up, there were no signs to direct where to go. The cashiers are all on furlough so I had to wait in the parts line for 20 minutes, only to be told I needed to go to the service valets. (He did give me a 20% discount on a license frame, as I was not going to wait all that time and not buy something.) I went to the valet only to find they didn't have my paperwork. She left to go find a service manager (as mine had left for the day with no instructions) and in between her eating pastries with the cleaning crew and somewhat trying to walk back to me told me I had to pay with the service manager at his desk (not my guy and apparently some new process that would have been nice to know when I was told to pick up my car). By the time I paid and the lazy porter got around to getting my car it took over 40 minutes to do a routine pick up. Still like this location, but frustrated.

I have been getting my cars serviced here since 2006, normally they are very good. But yesterday I was really frustrated with the service. I dropped the car in on Monday at around 7:30 am, when I checked to find out if it’s find out if it’s done around 4 pm I was told they had not started work on it. Apparently a text had been sent to me which I never received as I don’t subscribe to their text message service and they did not follow up on it. The car was finally returned to me on Tuesday but the main reason I had taken the car in had not been addressed. A really disappointing experience.

My 1996 SL 500 needed a reset of the computer that wouldn’t reset after getting a new battery. Jay was super helpful and nice. Everyone there was great. All were wearing masks as were the customers. The Service Dept is the best I have ever experienced. I was a BMW-only driver since 1990 - but the Mt View BMW's service dept has gone so far down the toilet that I gave up driving BMW's all together. Have been driving MB's since 2008 - always been using the Stevens Creek MB (was Smythe) service dept and always got my cars serviced properly.

I am the recent owner of a 2009 C63. I received my vehicle on Monday, 4/27, and it was love at first sight. I called the local dealership, Mercedes-Benz Steven's Creek, and scheduled an inspection and the factory recall for the airbag. I dropped the vehicle off Thursday, 4/30 at 2pm, and picked up the vehicle Friday, 5/1 at 4pm. Upon sitting in my vehicle and feeling the steering wheel, I immediately noticed that it made a "knocking sound" if you slightly rotated the wheel back and forth. This did not exist before I dropped off my vehicle. I immediately parked the vehicle and went back inside to find my Service Adviser, Susan Sulimani. I informed her of the problem, my concern, and we scheduled a follow-up for Monday 5/4 at 9am. On the way home, the driving was worse. The entire steering was off. The knocking was in the wheel, the steering wheel felt loose or like it had slop in it, there was a disconnectedness from the steering wheel to the road, and when adjusting the steering wheel tilt column there was a loud "crunch" sound. Even worse, the steering wheel locked up and got tight as I was entering the on-ramp of a freeway. I thought I was going to go into a guardrail. I emailed Susan Friday, 5/1 evening and told her my follow-up concerns. She only offered a loaner car, no expedited service. I dropped off my C63 to the dealership, they confirmed the knocking, and said they didn't do it. I spoke with the Service Director, Randy, and in his anger and frustration, he walked out of our conversation. I want my car fixed like how I dropped it off. One of the other issues I brought up is that the service adviser said my tires were close to replacement. What makes that surprising is that the tires currently on the car are only 1 week old. When I brought this up, she defended her recommendation, said, "well, I don't know what kind of tires they sold you". We went outside, measured the tires, sure enough they were like-new and had green tread ware. She didn't apologize, only said she would remove the recommendation.

Unfortunately, the same cannot be said with the staff at the loaner pick-up and drop off counter. They are sorely understaffed there and waiting 20-minutes to pick up a loaner and waiting longer to pick up my car the next day is really inconvenient (there were 11 of us waiting in line to get a loaner car). The staff were not happy and even shared their feelings about it with those of us in line. The afternoon staff seemed even less happy about helping the customers -- a stark contrast to the service Nate provided.

This was not just a scheduled maintenance service, this was a repair that needed attention, it was also a lot of work that needed a lot of parts to be removed to resolve the main problem; patience and someone with passion and knowledge was needed, which two other dealers failed to repair, couldn't even find the problem. Honestly speaking I was giving up on Mercedes Benz Service here in the Bay Area until I visited Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek. They must have some outstanding Mechanics who love what they do. I was looking to buy Mercedes GLC and had some quotes from other dealers. Autonation's internet quote beat all the other dealer quotes some of whom I had visited in person. So obviously I went to them to get the car and the service a the dealership was pretty good as well. Despite the traffic our Sales associate Tony was super attentive and was constantly following up to get the car of our choice. We switched between colors, finance/lease because they all seemed great. But Tony continued to be nice giving us updates on what would make us happy. Eventually in the finance room, the finance manager too was patient in explaining all the details and continued to work with us only on what we needed. I realize that car manufacturers are suffering as well. But cutting corners and forcing owners to pay for things that SHOULD be covered under warranty is really bad business practice. STAY AWAY!!!! My entire experience with Mercedes-Benz of Steven's Creek has been a nightmare! These people sell defective cars and do not care about people's safety!! I wish I could give less than a star! I purchased a second-hand Subaru from the dealership that included a 90 day warranty, and 5 day return policy. The car was sold to me as in perfect condition, with a clean CARFAX report. On the drive home, I noticed the right mirror shaking dangerously - the whole plastic casing was broken. I brought the car back immediately and requested a return as I didn't want other undisclosed problems down the line. They convinced me to keep it and assured me they would repair it and do a full inspection. My new car was in service the whole first week I had it. Said inspection came out showing everything in perfect condition. A month later, I went for an oil change at Subaru and asked for a multi-point inspection because the car didn't feel right and had been making lots of strange sounds. The report showed that the front axel needed immediate attention. I had had the car for just a month at this point, and was still covered by the warranty. I checked, and axel parts are covered in their limited warranty. I tried contacting Mercedes-Benz of Steven's Creek every day and only got unreturned voicemails. I had to drive twice from Santa Cruz to San Jose just to be able to talk to someone, and kept being bounced around between sales and servicing. I was told that this was actually a pre-existing condition they had been aware of, but had concealed to me. Only the threat of legal action got them to actually listen and eventually take my car into service. When I got my car back, it sounded and felt even worse than before! I drove halfway down the street and immediately turned back. I asked the technicians to test drive it down the street with me or just simply just listen to the car and they told me to come back as they were closing. I went straight back to Subaru for a full inspection and they told me the axel had been replaced with an even worse condition after market one that was leaking grease, that the rotors were now out of round, problems with the wheel bearings, and shake and vibration at all speeds including when the vehicle is stopped. Instead of repairing it, Mercedes-Benz Steven's Creek only further damaged my car, causing $2000 worth of damages, while still under their warranty. The steering wheel and paddles shake when braking and it feels like the axel might break at any moment cause a big accident, and feels very unsafe to drive. I haven't really been able to use my car since they "repaired" it. I have all the paperwork and proof showing their wrongdoings and will be taking this to court. You'd think that a business using the name of Mercedes-Benz would uphold some sort of standard, but the service here is appalling - avoid this business at all cost if you value your safety!!!!

Went into MB stevens creek to check out a 2018 certified pre-owned E300 last Sunday. I was helped by Jugbhir Singh from Internet Sales. He is knowledgable about the spec of the car, honest and super friendly with no traditional car salesman pressure. We felt extremely comfortable and decided to pull the trigger on the same day. Jugbhir also did a great job in following up after the sales to make sure i have no problem/questions about my new ride, which is not that normal for traditional car salesman. I’ve bought about 5 cars in different dealers in the past 10 years, and this was truly one of my best car shopping experience!

I had the opportunity of working with Marvin Siquig at MBZ of Stevens Creek and I had a 5 star experience from the beginning of the process until the end. I actually had worked with Marvin a few years ago when I was doing a car search, but did not ended up purchasing a car at that time. I reached out again and he was happy to help and work with me and my family. What was incredible to me was the very open and transparent communication in addition to the 5 star service me, my wife, and my parents were treated to in every interaction. Marvin helped us with finding and letting us test drive multiple cars to be sure we knew exactly what we wanted. After that he helped find the exact car we were looking for. In completing the transaction all was hassle free, in my experience is never the case. Even when Marvin was not available to help, the entire staff at MBZ of Stevens Creek continued where Marvin left off with great communication and service. I really appreciate my purchase experience and will always consider MBZ of Stevens Creek first when I am thinking of a car purchase, thanks again!

My new service advisor Giselle did a great job of communicating with me and getting me the information I requested. She was very pleasant and gave professional, personalized service. I appreciated being given a loaner car for the days that my car was being serviced but the car was shockingly filthy. The last person's trash filled the center console and the backseats had sticky stuff all over them, footprints all over the backs of the seats. Shame on the person for treating the courtesy car so poorly but very disappointing that Mercedes would pass it on to another customer in that condition.

Reserved car online four days prior to appointment. Arrived to find car being detailed, not ready to be test driven. Sales staff was extremely slow and appeared unconcerned if they sold the vehicle or not. This was a cash sale that took four hours. Dealership has not followed up on paperwork to complete trade in purchase after a week. Calls go unanswered, I have purchased over sixty cars in my lifetime, both cash and financed. This has been the absolutely the worst car buying experience I have ever had.

Great variety of late model used cars. Dealerships entire sales team very professional. Salesman asked for sale on our first visit which is fine, once we told him we were coming back after some thought he was very accommodating. Not overly hard sell. We were happy to come back and complete a purchase two days later. Finance crew was easy and very helpful as well. Very easy low stress purchase.

Scheduling and completing a simple service at this location turned out to be a terrible experience. Misinformation and lack of follow-up from the scheduling agents to the service managers. I was told to schedule on a certain day to receive a loaner only to be told on arrival that I was not eligible for a loaner. I was called and told my car was completed only to arrive and find it was not completed. Never once met with the service manager and was simply handed a sheet with what services were performed. Recommend going elsewhere to get your car serviced!!

Women beware! I experienced shoddy, misogynist treatment at Stevens Creek Mercedes from Kumar in finance and Sean in Internet Sales and Tony Car salesman after purchase of 2018 GLA w cash. None returned any phone calls after purchase. ALL encouraged me to return car w in 5 days if I changed mind. Purchased on Fri 6/14/19 nite at closing, returned car Mon 6/17/19 after work (after discovering among other things no spare tire or any way to house one as option) and was made to wait until 10pm to obtain paperwork for return. From Kumar in Finance no info on when cash would be returned, “check in the mail”. 4 voicemails next day to him and Sean with no response. Had to drive back from Palo Alto 6//18/19 when I was told by Kumar, “you really didn’t expect a check the next day did you it takes 3-4 days to process?” I expected honest information. Then promise from Sean he would ask his manager about getting me refund sooner than 10-14 days and another promise call me back next day. Have heard nothing from anyone at Stevens Creek Mercedes. Except for emails requesting feedback on my experience w their excellent product and service reputation. I encountered punitive business practice when I decided not to keep their car. Their honesty and communication skills are shameful. 6/23/19 Still don’t have a cash return or reversal of $5k deposit on credit card!!!! Women avoid Stevens Creek Mercedes!!

Great service. Recently used their driveway technician service before going out of town. They checked and topped off the fluids including the oil. There is a nominal $20 charge plus the cost of oil used. Nice waiting area and attentive technician.

Although it is a routine check up, but Service Manager Giselle Miranda is very professional and puntual, making me has confidence in MBSC, which I have been a customer over 20 years. Started the process in January, stopped and then restarted in Mid May. Re contacted Jugbhir in May as he had been so responsive previously. Interestingly, I was about to purchase the new vehicle from my local dealer but Jugbhir made a compelling case to work with him, I did and am glad it worked out this way. Nice people, nice dealership, quality experience. Worth driving the extra couple of hours to get to Stevens Creek Mercedes.

Alex is a good salesman and I recommend him if you buy from stevens creek. This was my first Mercedes purchase and he made sure he answered all my questions. If he didnt know the answer, he and his team made sure I got my questions answered. They were patient enough to wait for me to get a couple issues taken care of and also helped with financing. Great job and love my new S 450!!

When it's time to buy the car, the sales people are very friendly, once you have made the purchase,and paid the money no body wants to help out for minor questions and concerns. We were very disappointed. Drove off with the car without any help. Waited for an hour and no one came. I wish our sales manager was more helpful. I don't think I would buy another car from this dealer. Very poor service.

I give it #2 ⭐️⭐️. They provide a loaner, the receptionist Hanna was proactive and has the initiative to meet my needs. The company have their process but it was not followed in this instance. The CONS is that. ... 1. I waited outside for 15 minutes( the instructions is wait outside in my car for the service person to meet me) . 2. The service person never showed up , while I was there to set up my car for service or even when I picked up my car. He called me on the phone 1.5 hrs after I drop off my car and the day I picked up the car. 2. Inconsistent information. Should review and confirm info before communicating to customers. Gave me #2 different information of what my car needs. 1st that on top of the required B service it needs brake fluid and to rotate your tires based on his “ review of the car history” but then on the day I picked it up he said via phone that only service A was done” based on the review of history “( Which I’m relieved coz the cost is almost a 3rd of the initial info) Tips for customers out there is...Don’t wait, confirm what your car really need.

I was referred by a friend to Goran Muftic to find my first Mercedes Benz car. He helped me with honest and great feedback about which car to get and he was attentive to my needs in the car. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and provided the best customer service from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out. This is what sets apart one dealership from another. I am happy with the experience and feel even more attached to the car than I did with my previous vehicles.

Great Price, Horrific Customer Service MBSC Salesman: Kevin Hua MBSC Sales Manager: Safi Hatoum MBSC Finance Manager: Aaron Riddle The E400 would be my 12th Mercedes, second car purchased from MBSC. Out of all my years and all the Mercedes I’ve purchased this is by far the WORST customer service (communication) I’ve experienced from a Mercedes Benz dealership. I’ve had the worst communication with all levels of MBSC from the salesman Kevin Hua, the Sales Manager Safi Hatoum and Finance Manager Aaron Riddle. To Aaron’s credit he’s given me the most information. The process was so botched that the price of the car dropped while waiting on information. As of today 26 Apr I’m still waiting for the refund check of $400, the title to the vehicle as well as the vehicle itself. The reason I’m given Mercedes Benz of Stevens Creek (MBSC) a 1-star is because my previous experience was the complete opposite of this one. The 1-star is for the price. The lack of communication was so poor I called Mercedes Benz Corporate and requested they make contact with the dealership but they were unable to reach any of the 3 folks and opened a case to help get someone’s attention. During this experience I can’t understand why MBSC made buying a car such a horrible experience for me. My son will be turning 16 this year which means I’ll be purchasing another Mercedes in the not so distant future. Given what I know of MBSC I’ll search their inventory find a vehicle with a great price and try my best to get another dealer to match it. One thing I know about the Mercedes brand is The Best or Nothing. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for MBSC and it’s staff and how I’ve been treated. Communication is free, however the lack of communication will cost a whole lot more. Timeline of E400 purchase from MBSC: Friday 5 Apr - request a PO on an E400 Sat 6 Apr - received PO on the E400 Tues 9 Apr - MBSC received my check for the E400 Thurs 11 Apr - I received and signed the contact Fri 12 Apr - MBSC received signed contract Tues 16 Apr - I received an email stating the price of the car was lowered by $400 Thurs 18 Apr - Aaron R. emailed me stating he received confirmation of transport. I understood that to mean they would be picking up the vehicle from the dealership. Thurs 25 Apr - I was contacted by the transportation company As of today 26 Apr I still haven’t received the car, the title or the $400 check. I pray no one else will have this experience. Mercedes, the BEST or NOTHING!!!
